the kind and helpful staff, the wonderful spa facilities, the beautiful location the bathroom in the Finish cottage where we stayed was rather smelly upon our arrival and the only way we could get the smell out was by keeping the window open all the time, which madfe it cold |

staying in the mountains was very quiet and peacefull, but only a short taxi ride to the main resort,very friendly staff, good food and great facilities pool and spa treatments etc. we stayed in a chalet which were lovely but the chambermaids left our door unlocked, we complained but this happened again and again !!!!!!! |

The staff were very friendly and the facilities were brilliant. The view from the room was very nice and it was lovely having coffee on the balcony while it was snowing. |

good restaurant, good selection of wines, friendly staff the finnish challet is described as having two bedrooms, it's not quite exact, there is a bedroom upstairs and another double bed down, but there is no privacy. Synthetic matresses, very poor quality |
