la piscine, la nourriture au restaurant Oui: le fait que le personnel nettoyait mal la chambre et ne changeait pas les draps tous les 3 jours comme prévu. Et aussi, le personnel du restaurant qui n'était pas du tout accueillant. |

La piscine est très grande ainsi que la pataugeoire, les appartements sont spacieux et lumineux. Pour ceux qui souhaite manger à l'appartement il manque un peu d'ustensiles ( juste 2 casseroles 4 assiettes...) aucun four micro onde.. A noter également la présence à 50 mètres d'une antenne relais pour ceux sensibles !!! demander une chambre côte piscine |

grande piscine, espace suffisant dans l'appartement tres difficile a trouver, aucun panneau indicatif dans la station. qualite, equipement et service ne sont pas a la hauteur d'un hotel 4*, loin de la ! |

The big rooms and the fact that the hotel was clean Did not like the all inclusive system which did not include anything (no water or other non-alcoholic beverages, very little food at noon...). Also the hotel is not on the beach, it is 5 min's walk away (this i knew before going there). If you go on a half-board system rather than all inclusive i think it is much better value for money. |

The hotel was clean and the swimming pool was very nice The food was not very good at all. I think that the hotel was very good for the money. I will never go back to "Golden Sands". All of the prices are fixed and very expensive to eat and drink. I was a rip-off. Save your money and stay directly in Varna, the food is better, the cost is 1/2 of what it is in the "golden sands" complex. The beach in Varna center is just as good and there is mu |

I liked everything,the cleanliness of the room,the swiming-pool,the location. We didn't like that was no internet,no wireless.And the programme of tv was very poor .Just few programmes,especially Bulgarian programmes,no Euronews ,no Animal planet,no Discovery,no Cartoons for children.We had no where to look. |

I was in Varna for 10 times already, but it was very very very hard to find this hotel. I even called them, they never picked up the phone. The AC didnt worked in our room. The water in the inside pool was like 18 C and they wrote on a table at the entrance - 27 C. The staff is very poor, same is the breakfast |

Camera (suite) spatioasa, foarte potrivita pentru o familie cu doi copii mici. Era disponibila chicineta cu plita electrica si tot ce trebuie - vase, tacamuri ...etc. Am avut patut pentru copil si exista si o canapea extensibila. Masa foarte saracacioasa, foarte putine feluri de mancare si mereu aceleasi. In primele trei zile eram singurii cu all inclusive din hotel, drept urmare nu exista bufet suedez la pranz ci ne serveau un meniu fix in fiecare zi. |
