very good location, close to Dinevi Resort, you can enjoy all their facilities. Congratulations for the staff, Yuzhni Noshti Hotel is a place to come back.

the pool is too small for swiming, but for a little party or for the kids is enough.

The breakfast was ok. Large room at the top floor, nice view.

The sheets were not changed during our 4 day stay and the towels were changed only once. No elevator. It is the first hotel were I left my wallet in the hotel room and money were missing, first 50 euro and then another 50 euro. When we requested an investigation, they were very rude and did not even enquire who might have another key to our room. They said they have a safety box at the reception that we may use, but did not present this option when we checked-in (on the first day, we didn't even know when breakfast was served). After this incident, we wanted to leave the hotel, but they requested the amount for the whole 4 day reservation, even if we stayed only 2. Consequently, they forced us to stay in a very unsafe hotel and did not care at all about our claim, opinion or desire. This was our first and the last trip to the Bulgarian seaside.

Very nice and cosy place, as well as calm and relaxing. The staff is very nice and kind and with a possitive individual attitude towards the guests. I felt like at home. The place is worth every single coin spent there. I would suggest it to any family to spend the summer holiday. Next year for sure we will be back.

It is a small very quite family hotel with the nice, chip restaurant with tasty food downstairs that can be used for everyday meal. It is situated not very close to the beach (3d line I think), but the price takes that into account. Nice small pool infront of the building. The closest to the hotelbeach is the one of the best beaches in town. Sv. Vlas is also very good place for family vacation.

The hotel is not suitable for people, who can't go uphill, because it is situated on the top of the hill app. 70 m. There is an unended building just by the hotel, but during our stay it was frozen.

The staff was very kind and helpful, panorama overlooking both the mountains and sea, smaller hotel, not too crowded, quiet hotel, quite close to the beach, nice swimming pool, beautiful area, good food - big portions, family friendly, ideal for families with kids.

The road nearby was quite noisy during the night, when motorbikes or smaller trucks went by.

We liked this hotel very much. Friendly staff, attention to the guests, The hotel has a very good restaurant.The restaurant is very popular and often people come from other hotels. The hotel has an excellent location, very quiet at night. Comfortable rooms. We had a wonderful rest!

The personnel is very frendly. The Wi-Fi is very good, but it works only in the main hall. Good quality for such price. The breakfasts are very delicious. The location of the hotel is very well picked. From on side there are mountains covered in forests, from the other side the sea (demanding on what room you'll get). You may end up with a view of hotels and garbage boxes that are near the hotel. The cleanliness of every room is fantastic!

The Hotel has a good location close to the beach, supermarkets, cafes and bus stop. The place is quite and peaceful. The hotel stuff is good-natured, always ready to help you, always smile to you. The hotel cafe offers traditional bulgarian cuisine, also we can eat in any other cafe or restourants in Sveti Vlas approximately at the same price. I recommend this hotel to families with child and people who wants to have a good rest.

Friendly staff, clean, good speed of WiFi on the lobby, not different but good food, quiet place, excellent views of the mountains and the sea from 3th floor

Понравилось все: месторасположение отеля, уют и чистота, душевное обслуживание. Прекарсное место для отдыха при оптимальном соотношении цена/качество.

Очень доброжелательный персонал. Вкусные, большие и недорогие блюда в меню кафе. Отличный вид из окна (5 этаж), и в целом удачное расположение отеля относительно моря, магазинов, остановки транспорта. Все недалеко, но и в то же время не мешает отдыхать. Хороший Wi-Fi в кафе и в холле отеля.

При длительном проживании хотелось бы чуть более разнообразить шведский стол на завтрак. Все вкусно, просто каждый день надоедает. Wi-Fi добивает только до второго этажа. Хотелось бы в каждом номере иметь доступ. Номера убирают, но после пляжа в номер опять попадает песок, хорошо бы веник в номере.

Ponravilos vsio. Osobenno otnosenie personala. My priehali ranse, vecerom, prosto ehali na masine, doroga neznakomaja. Nas priniali, razmestili v svobodnom nomere. Zavtrakali horoso. Obedali tam ze. Dumaem vernutsia.

маленький, свежеотремонтированный отель, приветливый персонал, тихо и спокойно. отель расположен недалеко от моря, рядом находятся продуктовые магазин и киоски. в паре сотен метров православный храм. автобусная остановка в 7ми минутах пешком. остался доволен пребыванием там.

really kindly stuff, clean rooms, restaurant was really great and prices are owesome, quite hotel, swiming pool,

no lift (it is not big deal, small workout is was ok :) room is not big for child, big downhill to the beach....

A fost o vacanta excelenta, personalul hotelului este foarte prietenos si chiar te fac sa te simti binevenit. Toate lucrurile care conteaza cu adevarat au fost la superlativ (curatenie, masa, camere, preturi, etc.)

Pentru o familie cu copii mici, drumul pana la plaja poate fi destul de obositor

Найкраще співвідношення ціна-якість, чудовий персонал, який знає всіх клієнтів по імені, нечеликий розмір готелю створює відчуття затишку. Кухня смачніша і дешевша ніж будь-де поруч. Дуже рекомендую для сімейного відпочинку.

Hotel jest poprostu znakomity! Obsluga,czystosc w pokojach ogolne warunki pobytu sa rewelacyjne! Dla rodzin z dziecmi oraz osob szukajacych wypoczynku z daleka od muzyki oraz imprez wieczornych(dyskoteki,imprezy w klubach).Plaza okolo 150m nie ma milionow plazowiczow jak np w Slonecznym Brzegu,nie ma problemu ze znalezieniem parasola czy lezaka nawet kolo poludnia.Bylismy tam na wakacjach 2011 I w tym roku przelomie lipca I sierpnia 2012 I jestesmy zachwyceni! Serdecznie polecam ten Hotel!

Amplasarea, curatenia, micul dejun, raportul calitate-pret f corect, ambient odihnitor, amabilitatea personalului

o mica problema la functionarea apei calde la etajul 4; cu siguranta, ceva ce poate fi usor remediat; mobilierul terasei destul de uzat; lipsa liftului care poate fi un inconvenient pt familiile cu copii mici

Хотела е много чист - в същност като се замисля досега от многото хотели в които съм отсядал може би това е най-чистия хотел в които съм бил ! Нито един път не се погнусих от нещо , персонала са много приятни хора , разположението е добро , закуската беше добра и разнообразна ! Доволен съм !

Вентилацията в банята леко намирисваше лошо и ако сте с дете стандартната двойна стая ще е ви дойде малко малка !
