Yuzhni Noshti Hotel  

The small town of Sveti Vlas is a very pleasant and quiet place for the rest and holidays at sea. Yuzhni Noshti Hotel has its distinct place among the great number of hotels and apartcomplexes of Sveti Vlas. It is a small, quiet and nice family hotel situated in a picturesque part of the town rather close to the well-appointed beach. The rooms have a sea-view. There is very clean in the hotel. Yuzhni Noshti Hotel possesses the excellent ‘price-quality’ relationship. One of the main advantages of this hotel is its stuff: very punctual, nice and kind to the guests of the hotel. Another characteristic feature of the hotel is its restaurant with a very nice cuisine. All these, including free Wi-Fi in the common places (hall and restaurant with terraces), make hospitable, comfortable and pleasant atmosphere for the rest. We are very grateful to the owners and all the stuff of the hotel for our good rest.

Our family of two adults and two kids (5 and 9) stayed at the hotel for the second time, and I do hope we will come back again. We do not look for a better place to go for vacations anymore. The area around is really modern and fashionable and it is not overcrowded, all construction has been finished almost everywhere since 2010, so we equally enjoyed staying at the hotel and walking through Marina Dinevi district. Walking is especially pleasant in the evening due to illumination of streets and roads. The view from the studio balcony is really exciting, we enjoyed the full moon rising over the mountains and turning the Black Sea into liquid silver. And the hotel team we met in 2010 is still there, those people are really cool, they are rather friends than just the hotel staff, and they continue making their hotel the best at least in that area of St.Vlas.

It's a nice hotel, in the nearby of Black Sea and Balcanic Mountains, close to Sunny Beach (less than 5 min by car) and Nessebar (15 min by car). From the balcony of the room that we've stayed we had a wonderful view of sea and pine forest. The hotel is not far from the beach (aprox 300m), on a heal. The breakfast is bufet, not the best but pretty good to start a day. In the reastaurant you can eat good food at low prices. The resort is very quietly, so you can totaly relax. The emploies speaks english and german. A non-stop supermarket is close to the hotel.

The hotel is placed on a heal so some of the people may have difficulties in the way back from the beach.

очень понравился персонал отеля - дружелюбные люди, готовые помочь с любым возникшим вопросом, ищущие индивидуальный подход к каждому гостю, общительные. понравилась кухня в ресторане отеля, очень вкусно, большие порции (потом заказывали одну порцию на двоих, а то слишком много даже для тех, кто любит покушать), хорошее обслуживание. понравилось, что в номере убирали каждый день. хотя отель всего 2 звезды, но нам показалось, что 4: все очень комфортно, чистенько, вкусно и очень недалеко к морю.

интернет есть только в холле...

Příjemný hotel s milým personálem, kterému lze vytknout jen absenci angličtiny u lidí z ranní směny. Pokoje byly čisté, denně uklízené, z balkonu byl výhled na moře. Ocenili jsme i internet zdarma. Parkovat se dá přímo před hotelem nebo hned vedle u resortu Dolce Vita 2 (asi lepší, na auto vidíte z balkonu a navíc je pod kamerou). Na pláž je to asi 5 minut z prudšího kopce právě přes Dolce Vita. Hotel má i restauraci, kde se za slušnou cenu docela dobře najíte.

Wi-fi jen dole v lobby, někomu může vadit absence výtahu.

A szálloda otthonias volt és könnyen meg lehetett közelíteni minden fontosabb létesítményt. A szoba berendezése és tisztasága is említésre méltó.

Curat, personal ospitalier si atent la nevoile turistilor.

Nie mam absolutnie żadnego niegatywnego zdania na temat tego hotelu,jak na 3 gwiazdki spełnia wszystkie standardy(nawet powyżej oczekiwań)

Tiszta, csendes, ár-érték arány kiváló.

Előre kérték a szállásdíjat. Előre számláznak az étterembe.

Camera curata, patul bun,balcon cu vedere la mare.

Distanta fata de plaja si centrul statiunii.

There were few important things that do not fit the 3 star categorisation: 1. no hair dryer in the bathroom. 2. The hotel was 4 floors with no lift, so it wah hard to climb up with the suitcases on the stairs. 3.I could not pay with a card, unless the owner of the hotel is there /she was coming 2-3 hours per day/. So I had to pay cash, and after paying I received no invoice, no cash receipt. The hotel was not so close to the beach, as described. And the hotel personnel was so polite with all foreigners, especially Russians, that I staretd asking myself what is wrong wth us , Bulgarians - they were serving special food for the Russians like pancakes and bananas, which were not part of the breakfast menu for all the rest. I would not go again there and definitely will not recommend the hotel.
