Location, space. Old, dirty and not enough furnture, bathrooms and toilets are leaking. apartment for 6 , only 4 chairs avilable for dining and 2 sofa for setting. Breakfast was poor and limited. |

Staff was very friendly and kind. They offered us use of the shuttle bus to get around the city and were quick to call taxis and offer sight- seeing suggestions. This is not a family hotel, it was full of young men who were very loud and held parties until the early hours of the morning (this was never resolved even after multiple complaints). Our original reservation was double booked and we did not recieve the room we had requested. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable, clean towels were not avaliable in our room! |

The spaciousness of the appartment. The appartment was clean. When I requested extra bedding the staf acted very promptly. I have some critique about the hotel which I think will greatly enhance the total package the hotel offers without costing them a lot of money. I will use the hotel again in future based on the prize and value for money. At Breakfast the tablecloth was very dirty, and I believe that is something that could easily have been avoided. I also think it would be a good idea to add cereals to the breakfast buffet. |
