Calm and quiet. Ideal for family trip. Wi-fi faccility is good.

Room service only from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm. You can't expect even water in between. Wi-fi not good in the side facing Geant Mall. AC connecting 2 rooms. If your neighbor is powerful, he can switch off AC without bothering about you. This happened with me. Indian dishes bare minimum.

One of the best 4 star hotels I have ever stayed in. It's very cozy and the rooms are spacious and clean. - Good location - Friendly reception - Cooperative staff - Great value for money

- No good sound isolation between the walls - The lights in the bathroom are so dim.

Staff was good and friendly, specially the washroom was fantastic. There was no issue with hot water or towels as mentioned by other ppl here.

Little on the expensive side. You have to call room service for complementary water bottles, unlike other places where house keeping take care of this.

Best thing is the location and friendly staff. Food is also good.

The rooms were wide and the bed was comfortable.Parkign for the car was available.

Resturant area is very small for the breakfast. Strict to the checkout at 12:00. When I arrived at 1:00 Am and checked in I have asked the hotel resturant to give me 5 chicken sandwish meals because the time was late to get ameals from out of the hotel.The meals tast was very bad and I dont recommend to ask for any meal from the hotel.

the rooms were big in size, and very clean! the view was amazing. a very good parking area and arrangement. NEEDS better management of hotel services, everything else seemed fine

the breakfast was very poor, and COLD! there were no towels in the room upon entry, and the HOT water was off for a considerably long time. ROOM service and house keeping hardly ever answer the phone

Requested a good bed and we had a very nice room with a good comfortable bed. The views were nice, the washroom was great and the room service menu was extensive with decent quality.

The amenities advertised were the reason we booked the hotel, the steam room was never on and when we asked for them to turn it on - 2 hours later it was still not working. The water in the beautiful shower was cool and stayed that way. Was not able to take a hot or even warm shower. The breakfast buffet included was mediocre. When the 2nd day still offered cold showers I asked to speak to the manager - nothing happened and at check out I was given a card and told to email him. Will probably not go back to this hotel

Good for family. Easy to reach , quite and away from crowded areas.

Location, No restaurants or shops available in the location, expect a nearby mall which will close by 10:30 PM.. I arrived late and I had to take a taxi to long distance to have some food.. Hotel restaurant and room service close at 10:00.pm.

Nothing . the staff is not trained well . the information in your site about it does not match the reality of the hotel , they do not even have an appartment of two rooms as I asked they gave me two connected rooms . if I want to get conected rooms I will go to another hotel . I was looking for apartment of two rooms with a sitting room and they gave me two rooms conected !!!!!! .
