The staff are very helpful

Rooms are not what you would expect. Parking is an issue since the hotel does not own spaces or basement but the staff help in parking your vehicle in a nearby place.Noise is an issue since there is a club inside the hotel but no insulation in the rooms

Location - close to souks, not far from airport Good and silent ac

The matress was hard as a board Room appeared run-down/shabby (cigarette burn hole in blanket, worn out carpet) Prostitutes in the hotel bar - no way to just have a peaceful drink without being pestered by them over and over again Lousy housekeeping

The live shows in the nightclubs all the saudi's getting drunk accompanied by special lady's. very entertaining to watch it all with a drink. It is dark and smells terribly exciting .

None this place is something special for sure!

The hotel is convenient to the souk, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

It has a slightly older feel to it, and the noise in my first floor room made it impossible to sleep.

The staff were outstanding and very helpful although that could be as I might have benn the only Westerner in the hotel. It has a few different types of clubs and after telling the "working gilrs" to go away it was enjoyable listening to the music watching all the Saudi's just get hammered!

The general condition of the hotel - is run down, and the mattress was like stone, but the food quality was good and in-expensive.

Great location, safe and secure, very spacious room, friendly staff.

There definitely was some business going on at the 'disco' downstairs, but was not a problem for me.

Alles indisch ausgelegt. Musik in der Bar absolut nichts fuer Europaeische Ohren.

إلغرفه بما تحوي و الحمام بما يحوي

الموقع الفندق به 3 بارات و ديسكو بالنسبه لحجمه الصغير فتخيل نسبه السكارى 24 ساعه سكارى يصارخون في الاستقبال

الفندق كله لم يعجبني فهو في الحقيقه اقرب الى ان يكون حظيرة حيوانات لايصلح للعوائل بتاتاً

السعر و الموقع و حسن معاملة كل العاملين الذين قابلتهم من موظفي الإستقبال او البواب او حاملي الحقائب .

المطعم لي بذاك المستوى المطلوب من حيث تنوع الأطعمة و جودتها .

لم يعجبني شي في الفندق

تعامل موظف الاستقبال بعد دفع المبلغ للحجز كان سيئ واحتسب الليلة الاولى ب 400 ريال والليلة الثانية 350 وهذا لكي يضمن وصول المبلغ لليلة الأولى والفترض ان يحسبها بالتساوي وحين وجد عندي زائر قال ادفع 100 ريال مقابل وجود زائر والا ان يخرج حاليا وانصح بوكينق بعدم التعامل مع الفندق وايقاف التعامل معه لسمعة الموقع

Die Zimmer sind schmutzig und ungepflegt, Schimmel an allen Fliesenkanten, der Tischkante, zerbrochene Steckdosen etc. Der Kaltwasserhahn funktionierte nicht, Syphonverschluesse fehlten.

Room at first floor was noisy came from the bar, not recommended. Some facility in the room was old and not cleaned well. Parking is not easy, you have to use valet service.

main bed sheets was NOT launder for long time, the blanket covered by clean sheet while inside so dirty and stink.

simple, clean, fair price. the staff was excellent and friendly. I would stay again in this hotel. easy access to the city and shopping area.
