Staff were good and well trained. Facilities are aging and it is starting to show on the hotel grounds which were much more magnificent earlier

Reception staff, location, food selections, hookah in villa, super comfortable bed, privecy and quietness

Internet connection is slow, automated door locking system is down all the time, sound system is not synced well around the villa like before, room service is slow or they might ignore your request and the worst part is the early check-out with no flexibility otherwise you will pay penalties.

I liked the staff's behavior and attitude

They were greedy when it came to currency exchange!

I really liked the place .. the villa with the private pool .. the whole place is nice and quiet .. we were celebrating my 8 year's old daughter we realy enjoyed it .. I liked the spa as well.

It is far from city center that's why it's good for relaxing .. you have to use the golf car to move from the villa to the lobby or the restaurants.

My villa was old an poorly maintained pieces of the pool edges was falling into the pool and the pools floor came of when I was swimming , there was bird nests in most of the lamps , there was a sick Bird in the villa that could not fly .

فندق فاشل و حرام في فلوسك انكسر ومهمل البيبان والجدران والسقف متاكله ومهمله فرق لما كان اسمه بنيان تري حتى الثلاجة الي بالغرفة ما تشتغل منظر الفندق كان شئ أفشل حتى ستار وحده ما أعطيه ً

The hotel is one of the best in Bahrain. I really LOVED it with all the fancy details.

Everything was great and the hotel crew were very friendly and very helpful

Swimming pool was dirty and not cleaned even after house keeping although they were willing to serve

Quiet - a wonderful private swimming pool - surround system

- Check-in & check-out time is very strict - We cannot lock the villa doors from inside - The pool water is hot - There is no Lunch/dinner buffet - The refrigerator is very hot, and when we ask them to check it they said this fridge without compressor!! They provide us only Ice cubes.

Great concept

- Long Distance to basic needs e.g. Pharmacy 20 minutes drive - cleaning staff needs to be trained well - Valet parking/golf cart not there when needed - only one Resturant that dose not match the concept - if you book through an agent you well get the worst villa in the group ( bath tub that is clogged and fail to respond to notification, tiles that fall in to the swimming pool at the children suction, swimming pool that is leaking the water so fast that my daughter that was not able to stand on her feet on the first day could in 16 hours, water funtens that is not on or felled with water, A/C that dose not respond to controls and has its own preference specialty over night) I have pictures to prove if booking.com permits that. I would put that money for sure some where els.

The villa needs mantanace one of the toillets is not working The kitchen is out of service The grass and plants are witherd Lots of little spiders The room service takes more than one hour to bring the food Some of the plugs for electricity is broken ( more than 5 in the villa) The villa entrance waterfall is not working One shandler in thr bedrom is not working

The receptionist is welcomed.Taking Insurance High. Does not clean the pool. Lack of a bag of clothes soiled and there is no Iron Clothes and refrigerator completely free

Its privacy

Villa not well maintained as a returning customer I noticed the deteriorating quality of pool, wallpapers, wood coloring etc. We also had to change the 2 bedroom villa because the jaccuzzi was not working and discharged some dirt in the water!

Relaxation facilities inside Vella, sauna, hot tube an swimming pool. Tea and coffe supply was good and enough.

Service is not upto palace standard, need to educate staff on how to raise there profile in guests services. Vellas have need to have microwave. It's to far from any shops or supermarket, this makes prices inside so expensive.

Everything is made for family to spend time together

Alot of issues need to be repaired, unpainted doors, pool floor and edges, empty fountains, bad lights from the main door until you reach your villa. The road are bad and dark. The villa do not have enough keys i can not sleep without locking the doors which was bad for me.
