Toilet had a 'cleaned' sign wrapped around it but it was not clean. Seat had brown liquid spots on it.

Location is very convenient and walking distance from the Al Shabab street which is full of restaurants and cafes some open for 24 hrs. The hotel has a car rental agency which was helpful. Cheese burger which I ordered through room service was fantastic. No free wifi in rooms; free wifi available in the business centre but I was kicked out at 10 PM. The hotel provides free air port pick up and drop out service but when I asked I was told I had to inform them beforehand. Despite my stay for 5 nights, staff didn't inform me about this earlier. - should have for guests staying that long in your hotel. Wrangler club is filled with gangsta "wanabe" teenagers; not really a nice atmosphere- boring.

Spacious and clean rooms. Location is within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and other hotels. Sports bar has a good menu and is almost always open. Extremely noisy! Impossible to sleep before 3am even on a slow night. The sports bar is nice but, even when empty it smells like an old ash-tray...this really needs to be addressed.

Good for whomever wants to party Hotel was pretty noisy, with the music coming the Club/Pub reaching high floors (10th). Pool temperature not controlled...poor if you take into account the region's standard
