The bed was extremely bad There is no gas stove in the one bedroom studio which is really bad, I asked for small one they said we cannot provide in one bedroom. If I knew that from begining I will not book with them The decoration of the room is dull

Good service from friendly and attentive staff

Quality of the bedroom furniture (except the bed which was fine) was quite poor and will soon deteriorate to an unacceptable condition with further use.

The power in the room trips many times.

Very clean, within walking distance of the BCC. Staff were really professional and courteous. Staff arrived very quickly in response to our requests for flatware and silverware.

No stove or hob in the kitchen, no crockery or cutlery. Why provide a kitchen and not the facilities to use it? Only 1 very old tv. Bizarre window looking from bedroom to living. Smell of stale smoke.

Credit card machine didn't work properly. Authurisation didnt go through for both my credit card. Next morning it worked so it must have been a problem at their end. Another guest had the same problem next day.

Rooms are spacious & clean. Taxi is available round the clock.

the hotel was dated should have not been rated 4 star. The bathrooms were dirty their was black grout in the shower cubicle...the bedcover on the bed was old and shabby.. the sofas were not clean in the sitting room and lastly the technology was extremly dated. I will not be staying in this hotel again

Room service doing a lot of excellent work , housekeeping deserve admiring , size of the suite worth buying the over, reception staff well trained providing easy smooth process to gusts. I suggest as a unique tip , to provide a 3-5 letters bottle of water to gusts when arrived

Parking need to be re-arranged to accommodate cars in batter manner, main bathroom needs a spray , why not to furnish the one bedrooms suites with plates, spoons and knifes.
