Very nice two bedroom apartment with full kitchen, The staff was very nice and friendly. I have reserved one bedroom but the hotel staff upgraded us to two bedroom. I will recommend this place for a family with children. Breakfast can be better.

This hotel stay was a big disappointment, on their website they claim having wi Fi but they don't , they only have cable Internet in the rooms and that's chargeable!!! The staff are unfriendly. Though we paid for the room in advance and though we deposited extra cash.... Room service needs to be paid cash!!!! Wander why the extra deposit was taken!!! The breakfast buffet is a joke! They had nothing special.... No bread even other than toast and plain croissant!!!

I will never go back to this disaster hotel nor suggest it to anyone that I know. It's location saks, no wifi, no nothing. The customers service is zero!

Loved the 2 bed apartment. Staff very friendly and efficient and we could not have been more pleased with the use of the hotel car and driver. We were at our sons wedding so transport between various venues could have been a problem, but this went away thanks to the hotel. Breakfast was a delight made more so thanks to Edith and her team who met us with a smile and remembered our preferences which appeared like magic.

Main meals were a dissapointment. Whole grilled lobster with side dishes was served minus the claws, with hash browns, onion rings and fries. This is a culinary disaster in my book. The first three bottles of wine we chose from the wine list were not available. 2 starters turned up the other 2 did not. Not good value for money. We chose to eat elsewhere after this first night disaster.

Food is good staff are excellent

Bed is making noise. Shower is not working.

Location is close to the airport, I stayed two times and all I got is city view which is not really incouraging-- room is clean, food is tasty , I would say it is ordinary..

If you check booking site, it says that wifi is available but actually it is not- that was misleading info..

Wifi is not available for iphone or ipad beside its 7 bd for each person thats un beleivable and too expensive as well as breakfast was very poor and not outstanding comparing with other hotels last but not least I saw some drunk personnel americans I guess around d loby :( ....

I liked every thing and we enjoyed every minute ,I like to thank booking .com and many thanks to the friendly staff in the reception and the restaurants and even the house keeping,for their fast response for all our demands,the hotel is v clean and have fantastic sae views.

Specious and good lighting with wide windows and varied choices in breakfast buffet

Bad smell in third floor especially in the room like fried food . I think the exhaust for kitchen is mixed with air conditioning

Great value for money. The rooms and the view were excellent. Great place to chill!

2 bedroom suites are comfortable.

When paying for roomservice and restaurant with a credit card, they ask for the pin, which is not correct, but when refused, they don't insist.

The staff was friendly because I have met the old staff from Al Seef Branch.The location was nice . Overall I lived staying there.

Little noisy at night especially at weekend (Disco & Music was so loud) They need to have more parking space and more staff for the front desk. Suggetion: food variety out door . entertainment especially in winter and spring weather ( kids activity )
