The best booking I had done, it is 5 stars service in 4 stars hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpfull specially reception staff.

Nothing, except that you have to pay for the internet wifi.

Location, staff and comfort were top. The pool facility was very good. We enjoyed our stay during the three days we stayed there. I highly recommend it for family stay.

No free WIFI internet access and the accommodation cost. It gets pricy with the 20% tax and service charge.

- room toooooo cold (17 C degrees). Frozen - I particularly asked for a peaceful room, but my room was just upon a wedding party. Impossible to sleep, we had to change the room at midnight, very uncomfortable.

The location was reachable and close to other attractions in Bahrain

Swimming pool was crowded, they should have a special pool for kids. Jacuzzi bath small compared to the number of people using it.

I like many things in Elite Resort & Spa: • The location of Elite, it’s between Manama and Muharaq which giving you the opportunity to go traditional markets and old castles in Muharaq. Also, access to Manama city with famous malls. Moreover, the location of this hotel giving you the privacy from the crowd and city noise. • Staffs professionalism. • A comfortable parking for cars with umbrella. • Nice swimming pools, Elite Resort has three swimming pools with nice view to Gulf Sea. • Breakfast • Having one of the best spa in the Bahrain. • The quick response from front desk and reception.

The things that I don’t like it in Elite Resort & Spa are following: • Internet is chargeable and is too expensive (7 BD per Day). • Drainage in the bathroom needs for maintenance.

The overall concept that must have once been imagined for this hotel, obviously ran out of money or the will to complete it properly. So it is a great location, with a building which could have been beautifully laid out. The rooms are big and spacious and super views - shame its not up to standard.

Tired rooms, lack of care to details, shower spa was installed very crookedly and not working fully, tile grouting in bathrooms old and dirty. Carpets felt very dusty on your bare feet - horrible sence that not much thoroughness of cleaning goes on. Bed not very comfortable, and a dirty grotty / dusty bedspread on it. The bar on the 15th floor was decorated like some crass go-go pick-up joint with load music - like you might find in a side-street in Thailand. About a dozen staff were gathered together laughing and carrying on as if they were at a private party for them - so much so they did not even notice me walk in, stand next to them for a few minutes, then walk out again! (No wonder it was practically empty). On checking out, the most miserable woman in Bahrain looked at me from behind the desk, and practically did nothing - mercifully another lady then appeared to take over and help, and then a pleasant gentleman concluded my checking out - what the heavens was the miserable one there for in the first place? This is a very strange hotel! I stayed in a dozen or so 4 and 5 star hotels in various countries during my trip, this was unfortunately the only one I would never want to return to again.

Patchy service, sometimes good, sometimes non existent, you never know......and poor internet.

It is really good resort I strogly recommend it to Bahrain's visitors. The hotel staff are really helpful and polite.

There are no near supermarkets in a walking distance. The guests have to park their cars by themselves.

3 Bedroom Suite was very large. Ideal for a large family or group of children. Good location.

The view and location

Bad welcome service. The reception employees were not welcoming. They denyed my reservation until I prove it. Pluse they did not give us a king size bed as described in the web.

Does not have playground for kids like they said online, but was a good experience.

The room was impressive considering the price paid, plus the Jacuzzi was a bonus.

The service was pretty good, butonce ordered food and drinks take an eternity to arrive. When I was given my meal by the poolside i asked for a drink, i had finsihed my meal before the drink arrived, yet the bar was within 15feet of where i was sitting. There appears to be no urgency from Staff and that when i ask for something it is as if they have to go out of their way to help you. The hotels position in the sun is a bit dissapointing, you get morning sun and then the hotel itself blocks sun to the pool in the afternoon.

The suites are fantastic - extremely spacious and always clean. I found staff friendly and professional and you will simply never get a better view from a gym than the one on the 15th floor here!

Breakfast is fine but nothing special.
