Hotel very clean and nice room. The reception was overbearing and the price increased by Bm'zajh through calculation, the calculator, breakfast is not good and simple, room service did not clean my room on the second day, the price high on a simple bath room only, this hotel is not good and there is no parking. |

i liked that it is very close from the shopping centers. every thing was ok except that the price was 60$ for one night, in the booking.com, but when i reached the hotel the price was 30.188DB means 80$ +4.528DB for service charge +1.509DB Govt . levy, total was about 97$, i was really surprised about this!! |

New hotel, nice decorations and excellent location. Reasonable price. Lots of disadvantages but I would stay there next time I'm in Bahrain. Some pieces of the furniture had stains, towels could be better, had problems with the internet and I called maintainence twice but they did not come. No WiFi. no room service, breakfast time 7-10 not very convenient for us. elevators take forever. no sitting area, just two dining chairs, no desk nor eating table. I read a review complaining about the shower, its true.. if you shower the whole bathroom becomes a pool. Maintainence and Business Center not 24/7. limited number of car parking space, I had to park in the supermarket's parking lot across the street. Bed makes noises. |

Hotel location is very good, easy access to CC, Seef, Danah and very close to Marina mall 1. Old towels. 2. They did not see (please no disturb sign). 3. I asked for late checkout and they agreed for three hours but later they ask me to extend one night or leave in one hour. |

All the staff we had dealings with were courteous and helpful. They all seemed to be knowledgeable about the local area and country in general. The only minor problem we had was dealt with quickly and efficiently (safe box would not open dealt with before i got back to the room from reception), Definitely a place I would return to and recommend to others. Nothing to fault. |

In general, the hotel is a good place to stay since it is in the center of the city and not far away from most shopping and entertaiment molles. The maintenance of the room needs to be up to date. |

An easy to find, laid back and friendly, moderately priced and roomy, with convenient parking, surrounded by ample shopping and places to visit, ideal location for the non-lavish lifestyle we should all be living in this credit stricken world. It’s most suitable for group tours. There’s nothing posh but yet so very nice. A place we will revisit for sure. 1. Access to the window curtain openers (pull cords) can be improved by moving them to the opposite side, as funiture restricts ease of opening them. 2. The drinks cooler could be stocked with a few beer cans and whisky miniature bottles, for those tired or late night customers. 3. A fresh flower or poted plant, placed on the dressing table would give this place the ultimate touch. |

Excellent customer service. the decoration of the room it needs to be more coozy so a guest can feel home.U need to open a big curtain to make a coffee cos the coffee table is behind the curtain and close it again. |

This was the second time I stayed at EWA Hotel Apartments, Bahrain. My room was large, bright, clean and comfortable and now they have wired internet access too. A nice new touch since my previous visit was the delivery of a complimentary fruit basket upon my arrival. I had a hire car during my stay and had no difficulty in parking within the hotel grounds. The hotel staff, as always, were accommodating, polite and professional - one of the reasons I booked for a second time - I will certainly make the EWA Hotel Apartments my regular place to stay when on visits to Bahrain. |

I liked the location because its near of all the shopping malls within few minutes ,the cleanliness of the room is so perfect and its very comfortable , in the next trips to Bahrain I won't go to any other hotel . there is one bad thing only and its the parkingits few and small and u can hardly find a parking but u can park easily in the neighbor . |
