Ewa Hotel Apartments  

The staff was very helpful and the management was very understanding. We had to evacuate the country because of the political situation and the hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage for almost a week until we could have it picked up.

We had a great view of the city and the room was big and well maintained. i would definitely stay there again

Staff were brilliant

Lack of sit down meals in cafe, closed very early and choice limited to fast burger style dishes

There are good large rooms with LAN & swining pool at top.

It is a family hotel close to a big supermarket, 5 minutes driving to a city-center....I stayed in 3 bedrooms royal appartment...it was big and nice Thanks booking.com

Three problems:1) AC cold only 2) one small fitness room (no female) 3)lazy houskeeping staff.....

I like the location of the hotel, the cost, the cleanliness, the design and the services.

I couldn't sleep becouse of the voice goming from the next room. I thing their were some workers working at night. the bed was so unconfortable .

The room was very big, clean & the Location is perfect for Shopping

The staffs are not professional, I tried to call the reception to call for taxi to airport at 7:40 am but I found an answer Machine!!!. no sitting area, just two dining chairs, no desk nor eating table, No safe box in the room and finally there was no Rinser (shower bath)!!!

Hotel staff, especially the Desk manager. He was so helpful with telling us tourist things to do to the point of having us follow him to one location.

The extremely hard bed. I guess this is common in Arab countries tho but much to our discomfort it was an issue.

Generally, the hotel was good the money that was paid.
