Lack of kitchen equipment

the location. parking and price.

I've had 2 bad experiences with Frsan Plaza. The first was last year when I booked a 3-bedroom flat. My booking was confirmed. However, when we checked-in I was told that they can only us offer a 2 bedroom flat because all their 3 bedroom flats where occupied. They said there were a lot of walk-in customers ahead of us. Since most of the other hotel/apartments in the area were already booked we had no choice but to take the 2 bedroom flat they were offering. One of our friends had to sleep in the living room. The second was a few days ago. We arrived at Frsan Plaza at 12noon. When we checked-in we were asked if we wanted to pay in advance or when we check out. I told them that we will pay when we check out. I also mentioned that I wanted to pay in cash. At 2am one of the hotel staff went to our room asking me to sign the credit card receipt. I called front desk to tell him that I've already talked to the other receptionist and told him I'll pay in cash when we check-out. I also told him that my credit card is Philippine issued therefore I will be charged with currency conversion fee. That's the reason why I want to pay in cash. He said that this was just a security deposit and that the charges on my credit card may be canceled/reversed once we pay in cash. So, I signed the receipt. When we checked out I was informed that they could not cancel/reverse the charges they made on my card. After talking to their manager all they could say was that they're sorry. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to my friends.

The staff where friendly and gave a very good service. Apartment clean and reasonably well maintained.

Had to get the tv sorted out as it did'nt work and needed to get sockets form electrical appliances. This was done quickly however.

Very good Location and rooms are Big enough and well furnished.

The staff, particularly Nancy, treats hotel guests in a very friendly manner.

the apartment was clean and capatious and suites a family, the view is good and close to shopping areas

facilities in the kitchen was poor, internet was poor

لقد كان طاقم العمل حسن الاستقبال من الجميع وكان الجميع متعاونين واجراآت الدخول والخروج كانت سريعه على عكس بعض الفنادق التي تأخرك كثيرا وكان الفندق عائلي وجميل وكانت خدمة الغرف بالنسبه للمطعم سريعه وتصميم الشقق مناسب وواسع والقنوات والتلفزيون جميل واستمتعنا كثيرا في اقامتنا

الذي لم يعجبني ان هناك ازعاج حيث ان الجرس يضرب اكثر من مره من قبل اشخاص غير معروفين يطريقه مزعجه كما ان اكثر من مره طلبنا تنظيف الغرف وتأخروا كثيرا والمسبح مكشوف جدا حيث ان من في الشارع يستطيع النظر ال من يسبح

Situé un peu à l'écart des grands axes de passages, car la ville est très bruyante. Petite piscine, mais très souvent à l'ombre, ce qui est appréciable quand il fait plus de 40°c à l'ombre !!! Pendant notre séjour, il y avait des travaux dans les étages supérieurs; il semble qu'il retirait la moquette, les TV, et ajoutait des sèche-cheveux... pour le reste je ne sais pas, mais peu-être que mes commentaires négatifs vont devenir obsolètes très vite !!!! Je l'espère pour les prochains touristes...

L'hygiène et la propreté sont très loin de nos standards européen; il fallait réclamer le ménage dans la chambre, et en 10 jours, ils sont venu 2 fois, un seul changement de drap et de serviettes, pas une seul fois balayage du sol ni aspiration de la moquette de la chambre (qui était franchement sale). éTat des sanitaires très moyen. Pas ou très peu de matériel de cuisine; 3 fourchettes, 1 couteau et 1 cuillère à soupe, assiettes ok, 4 verres, un faitout avec une poignée seulement, une poêle très très vieille, une cuisinière à gaz assez sale, un frigo moyen. Pas de micro-onde ou de bouilloire, pour faire thé ou café... Pas de tapis de bain ni de torchons pour la cuisine... Je ne suis pas particulièrement maniaque mais franchement c'était sale et très moyen !!!!!

Dirty ,and smell very bad . its not good for couples , very low quality

It needs a good refurbishing. Took twenty minutes to do the check out!
