The location was very nice, just 1 minute walking from al-seef & al-aali malls . the suite I had booked was very convertable and spacious. The suite which I had booked contained every thing except the iron and ironing board. I thing it is important to get them in the suites. |

Very nice Rooms, Great location near Shopping Malls.Friendly Staff. Every time I came to the front desk,Check in, or other, the receptionist on the phone describing type of rooms,rates etc general enquiries. Once a few of us guests had to wait over 5 minutes. Seems advertising the hotel more important than serving existing guests. This is an observation not an irritant,or devalued the quality of our stay as we coming back to the same hotel next month. |

Its location (Near to near to the markets) It was mentioned in your website that the Internet is free in the room, but after checking that with the front desk in the hotel, it was confirmed that it is for a fee. |

The location of the hotel for people/families interested in shopping or going to the cinemas. The hotel is walking distance to at least two malls (Seef & Al Aali) and 5 to 10 minutes driving distance to at least three other malls (Bahrain Mall, Dana Mall and City Center Mall). The suite we booked was quite spacious and fulfilled our needs as a family with young children. We had read a review by an earlier guest of the hotel complaining about smell. We share that view. The elevators seem insufficient for the traffic on them. The fruit in the breakfast could be checked and washed before being served. Finally, while checking in, our credit card was pre-authorized twice blocking our limit. We were told it was a mistake by the hotel checking in agent and that it would take couple of weeks for the pre-authorization to be revoked. |
