The Internet was disconnected for 2 days. One of the toilets had a bad smell. The staff didn't know much about tourism places in Bahrain.

For a family of 4 with one child older than 12, it is a chore to find hotels that allow us in one room. Hani has 2 bedroom apartments that are very spacious and nicely appointed. We have stayed in an Arabic suite twice and like the furniture & decor. Price is reasonable, staff are very nice and helpful. It is pretty quiet which we like. Had a good stay both time. We will go back.

Very minor things (I've stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world so I'm picky). There weren't enough towels but they will bring more. They are starting to get behind on maintenance particularly in the bathroom. Audio/video equipment is a bit messy (cables everywhere) and didn't all function correctly. The safe deposit boxes have not worked in either of the rooms I stayed in. Parking garage is a bit tight for my enormous suv (my fault really!). Location is kind of on the outskirts of the developed area so its a bit of a shock when you arrive and there are no restaurants etc in walking distance. We did walk to Seef Mall which is very close but proved to be a little too long of a walk for the kids.

I didn't like the way they receive me. I came a few hours early, and they were about to kik me out. After talking to manger, they let me in. A second thing is that the parking area is very small.

First nights stay on fourth floor reunite was perfect but a lot of noise and movement coming from above later to the evening. On our return within five days we arrived in the early hours of the morning and the lady on reception insisted we pay another day as you do not offer half day rates ! We were put on the eight floor and the suite was very disapointing. Firstly there were only two towels between three,holes in bed quilt and sheet,window broken in lounge area that would not close,chipped tile in lounge areA,sound of running water for one whole night beside en suite bathroom,suite was never cleaned throughout our stay. Asked to book an appointment in the morning in the spa and was told to just turn up. Turn up and told to try tomorrow ! Husband did have a massage ,but it was later in the evening and could only have alf an hour as they were busy ! Had our first night been our only night I would have stayed again ,but after our second stay I would not suggest to friends to stay here as from the lady on reception to the savvy room it was disapointing. However,men on reception were very friendly,helpful and knew their jobs well.

I had a many of problems during my stay in the room and noise from the apartments nearby my room till the morning and woke up the morning and there is no hot water in the bathroom and there is leaking of water from the heater on the wire electricity to the heater and this risk to the resident in the room. also noisy came from fan in the bathroom. next day I left the hotel at 8 am because i can not stay in same hotel more days. also, they said, they will refound the money but still not received to my account from one week.

It was a nice experiance every one was super nice especialy the morrocan reciption people the room was clean very quit

the arrangmnet for the parking is not well set up. Almost I had to counted scratches in the car due to the limited distances.

We arrived at 5:30 to hotel, three hour from the time expected to get our room. Moreover, rooms were not ready yet, we had to wait one hour for one room, and the others need more time. The staff on the reception was very nice but he was not efficient or professional, he talks to us and to other people at the same time while we are talking to him. He kindly offer complementary drinks while we are waiting, then we were asked to pay for it. When we finally get our room, the bathroom was not working water leaking everywhere. The second room was not cleaned properly, there was some dirty cloths left from the previous gusts. The breakfast was acceptable in general, but coffee was instant coffee not very nice.

- i had to ask many times to have the services i needed. - small restaurant when having the breakfast buffet. - i had to check out on time even it was during jomaa prayer. - no indoor pool, and the outdoor one was small and cold because it is in the roof. - facility prices. - 5 % com. If u payed in riyal.

Design and spa

The hotel is fantastic. They have an italian style rooms which are prefect for honeymooners and romantic persons. The room service and hotel reception there is excellent. I have reserved 2 italian style suites. One of them, the bedroom bath was not the same style as the other so when I asked for change they have entertain mu request in 10 minutes. 10/10

The breakfast type and varaity was not as prestigious as the hotel price.

Very convenient location and close to malls, 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable.

The House Keeping staff forgot to put towels, also the towels are old and felt dirty.

The design of the room is really modern style .. I've tried the Italian room, each flat has own internet router very speed surfing and I really enjoy staying at it

the water tempreture is very hot .. the A/C is freezing you can't sleep if it on I suggest that you switch it off

good location close to the shopping centers. staff are trying their best.
