Staff is good and the hotel after the renew is amazing , also it has beautiful lobby

The room little bit small

A wonderful hotel with excellent service all over. Recently refurbished and great comfortable rooms. All restaurants in the hotel serves delicious food served by excellent staff. I am not able to fault anything in this hotel.

Friendly and helpfull staff

No ideas on where I could spend my time in Bahrain

Staff is very professional, I travel a lot between countries and I really got impressed as haven’t found any negative concern during my stay. A special thanks to Ms. Zulal Gul in the reception as she is very professional, and shows the ideal standard of customer care.

The staff is really fantastic, paying attention to your requests and smiling. The hotel is well located. It is only 20 minutes from airport and you can quickly go anywhere in the city.

Nothing to complain about it.

I would like to thank all of the front desk staff but specially Mr. Tolga , he is very professional ,kind and helpfull . wifi works very well , Breakfast and Italian restaurant is perfect.

If the price is more reasonable , this hotel will be very ideal for Bahreyn visits.

The Location and the room design

Club floor happy hour and sushi Gym Spa Outdoor pool Sauna / Steam Room Staff were all excellent

a very minor point only: a bit more light in the Legendz steak house restaurant would be appreciated

I think it is over-priced

It was my 3rd stay at the hotel and as usual I was delighted by the attention of the staff, the quality of services and so on. It is a fantastic hotel.

House keeping service was very fast

Allowing to smoke in a non smoking room due to GCC Gulf cup was not acceptable as I had to change rooms

Quiet Relaxing Comfort

No napkins (tissues) available in rooms. T.V. set is quite small. DVD player is not multi-regieonal.

Parking area The water in the bathroom is so sweet that is hard to remove soap from hands

My wife and I had a great time while we were there. Loved the SPA, the masseuse was a maestro, and the entire staff was awesome too. One of the nicest rooftop pools ever.

Noise from the road at 5th Floor.

This was my first stay at the hotel, it was recommended by a friend and I have too say it lived up to all my expectations. From checking in to checking out, the staff in all parts of the hotel were spectacular, friendly, accomodating, helpful. This was truly and wonderful weekend and will be the hotel I stay in when I am visiting Bahrain
