The hotel's location was great. It has an easy access to the highway which takes you to the airport and to Manammah. It is located near 3 of the major malls in Bahrain. The hotel was very quiet. The lobby's ambience was amazing and the smell of flowers filled the air. The rooms were slightly worse than i expected. However, the overall stay was great. |

The willingness of the management and staff to rectify shortcomings was very pleasing. Great bed! Very close to shopping malls. Poor overpriced breakfast - considering the rate for the room it should be included. There is no proper food choice in the restaurant and although the one dish of steak is good, one cannot eat this every day! I had to ask on three separate days for water and coffee to be replenished. |

Location near SEEF Mall and Ritz-Carlton is not bad. High internet charge. Small gym, small pool. Rooms are unpractical arranged, no socket at desk, too short LAN cable etc. |

Value for money, location, cleanliness, staff attitude. No bathroom amenities, limited choice at breakfast, signage not very clear especially if you arrive in the evening. |

I loved the design and layout of the hotel, it was very cosy and the staff remembered me from the last time I stayed there which made me feel very welcomed. Breakfasts are amazing there and the restaurants are great and Entracote always reminds me of the happy times i spent in the same place in london and paris. Its also really really close to city centre shopping mall which is great as I managed to spend a couple of hours there.. The fact that wireless wasnt free, this should be a standard in all hotels particularly in ones where you expected to pay $300 a night! I would really really consider staying somewhere else I wouldnt be expected to pay $70 for internet... daily! |

Very nice boutique hotel with all mod-cons available. Beyond the basic room price (plus the ever present but always forgotten '++' in Bahrain), it feels like the hotel is trying to drag every last cent out of you. The wifi service is prohibitively expensive. Given that most people staying at the property will be in Bahrain on business (at least during the week) this seems either like a big mistake or perhaps even a calculated action. When adding everything up (room, tax, service charges, breakfast, wifi, etc) the end cost of the room was just under $450 per night which is way too much for this hotel for a week night in Bahrain. |

Food service needs a boost...breakfast falls flat.... certainty not luxury.this could be supplemented by a good al carte breakfast...all this would make it a more special stay. |

Recently built Hotel therefore Clean as usual hotel. Threre's no attractive things such as facilities, Location, View & Even Price too much higer than other same level of hotel & even better hotel in bahrain. Especially do not include continental breakfast, The worst breakfast I ever have. I don't know what's standard for five stars hotel. I strongly not reccommend to stay this hotel until price become reasonable (Even less 50% of discount upon prevailing price will not be satisfied) consider to all of conditions. All my experience, Better book for global chain hotel or Famous ones. if you doubt my comment, Try to stay and do not regret your challenge. |

Hotel design was good. Bed comfort great. Staff very courteous. Late check out policy great. In room Nespresso is a nice touch. Details in room #207: Vetilation system made my clothes hanging in closet very damp and fogged over the mirror. Floor rug slides around on wood floor. Wood floor seems cheap. Internet connection needs to be at the desk not at sofa if this is to be considered a business htl. |
