location on the beach. not far from the city though felt isolated the staff are not that efficiant. i had to call 3 times and to tr via the front desck to reach the room service but ti took them 10 min to get me a lat dinnerafter that so i guess that would compensate for the wai |

Most of the staff were friendly and attentive to our need. Breakfast was OK. The best thing we liked about the hotel is the architecture, layout and landscape; gives a pleasant feeling. When booked we were worried about disappointment, but we were not. meantime nothing exceeded expectation. Like most Bahraini Hotels Value for money is poor. The gentleman at reception can have far more courtesy. |

As we live in Riyadh where no sea is available, I like the seaside! I don't like that peoples swim in the pool with clothes on! It is not hygenic!! |

i did not like the way they treated us, i did not like the number of securities all around the rooms, i did not like the duty manager's attitude. I was a regular guest with Novotel but this was my last time and i will never go there again. |

Excellent buffet dinner in the evening - however, the meal was scheduled to start at 8pm according to the brochure in the room - when arrived at 8pm told that it did not start until 9pm ! Specifically asked reception staff if WI-Fi was available in rooom (1141) as have a Mc Book Air which does have an ethernet connection - told yes and sold a card for 6.5 bd (£10) - 'intertouch WiFi not available in room and following morning very difficult to obtain refund. No hot water in room on arrival - took 2 hours to fix ! |

The sea view in the room - the beach Last time when i stay in the hotel i ask the hous keeping for blancket and they send me two blancket all of them damage , and when i ask him to change it they send me another one also it's damage , and any one will not accept this at all . |

We liked the surroundings and the relaxed atmosphere When we book, which is usually well in advance, we request a room that is close to the water but when we check in we find that those rooms are not available. |

check in was fast and efficient. All staff were very curtious and helpful. the inclusive breakfast was wide ranging with a variety of hot and cold options. I would definately stay there again |
