Good location, helpful staff on the front desk, spacious rooms. free wi-fi worked well. Showing signs of being a bit run down (fridge/kettle in room not working). Expensive for the standard of hotel.

The beach facility although small is unique in Bahrain as well as the location of the hotel surrounded by the sea. Another facility that you don’t see with other hotels in Bahrain is room with a balcony, which is great when the weather permits. The restaurant with it’s sea food is excellent value. Gym equipment need updating urgently and house keeping is not very well organised.

the swimming pool design of the hotel food is not nice at all staff are not very attentive no valet parking service room mini fridge is empty no bathrobes not enough toiletries when we requested a crib they brought a baby basket for toys and play with a very solid base and the housekeepr said this is the mattress!

I like its design, location , facilities, services and price. I will tell my friends about it and plan to come again. I would like to see a play ground at the beach area with beach volleyball . Open and large beach with Jetski and rental Yaukht . I like to see a coffee shop providing Shisha.

The location of the hotel is perfect, it has a nice beach with some water activities, the pool has a jacuzzi, and it is very clean, the breakfast was good and had different taste, there is a playing area for the kids, you can park your car just in front of your room The house keeping was very bad 1- The balcony was so dusty and when I called them to clean it, they left the water without cleaning 2- The bathroom had always a wired smell 3- The sofa was blocking the entrance for the balcony 4 - I asked for extra blanket and found it removed the next day after the house keeping cleaned the room the next day

The hotel in Bahrain was far superior to any Novotel that I know anywhere. The setting was good and the style of the hotel was warm welcoming. i would recommend it to all my friends and will use it again in the near future.

The staff was very friendly specialy the egyption guy on the front desk i think he was the night manager but dont remember his name The breakfast was good but inroom meals orders was very poor Also one more thing get me upset the towels on the pathroom was dirty But generaly the hotel was nice and good place to relax

the access to the beach and the location is very close the causeway to Saudi Arabia. Well the start with it is not a hotel, it feels like those cheap furnished apartments but bigger. You dont feel the value of money in terms of hotel management skills, the rooms stink!!!

The landscaped grounds and the beach. The service! Normally when one chooses a five star hotel over a four star hotel they expect a better service. I was surprised at the low level of services the hotel would provide for the guests compared to other five star hotels and especially of similar price. I was not at all satisfied and will not choose to go back to this hotel.
