Good location, helpful staff on the front desk, spacious rooms. free wi-fi worked well. Showing signs of being a bit run down (fridge/kettle in room not working). Expensive for the standard of hotel.

The tradionnal architecture and the calm surroundings made it a good choice for a business traveller who wish to focus on his objectives. The nearby on-going construction works is noisy and cause some difficutlties both during evenings and early morning. It also hinders the traffic flow to and from the hotel

The water surrounding the hotel; the free internet and friendly staff along with great cuisine make this hotel hard to beat in terms of a seaside vacation. It is also close to the airport, shopping centres and water sports. They need to update their rooms with proper fridges or put in a minibar. A free shuttle service to the airport and shopping centres would be an added attraction

Staff not friendly at all. Half of the room lights are defective. when I call for maintenance the guy came to my room and told me “This will take time to fix please call us again tomorrow”. I asked for late check-out (Extra 90 min)and the lady at reception said its ok after she checked the computer. Few minutes later she came with Egyptian guy to swimming pool and she pointing to me. The Egyptian guy said to me I’m the manager here and please you have to make check-out immediately. Very Shameful, I haven’t seen this before. Tub stopper damaged. Towels not clean. Bed not comfort. I don’t recommend this hotel. You can find better places for this price.

Nice hotel with its beach, staff are friendly. Morococian resturant was closed. Buffet breakfast was excellent. facilities are nice with summer type vacation room services & Housekeeping do what you want but with delay. Morococian resturant was closed. fron desk staff was good but so strict.

Staff were very helpful and room service excellent and the location of the hotel is very close to everything as well as the advantage of calm Price exaggerated a bit in addition to the difference in pricing between Booking.com and the price upon arrival to the hotel. Several times I ask to repair the water sink,but had not happened. Tv channels were not enough.

The landscaped grounds and the beach. The service! Normally when one chooses a five star hotel over a four star hotel they expect a better service. I was surprised at the low level of services the hotel would provide for the guests compared to other five star hotels and especially of similar price. I was not at all satisfied and will not choose to go back to this hotel.

It is a wonderful resort, peaceful environment and close to city center. Rooms are good with high quality fixtures, breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay and would like to stay there again. Room service menu had limited options, I suggest improvement in this area.

Manily I liked the design and the location of the resort I have few points which I think it will take out the resort from my options in Bahrain. 1. Dirty Towels. 2. If you are staying in one of the rooms next to the pool you will suffur from noise. 3. Dirty Pelow covers and bed sheets. 4. I complained twice. at the firs time nothing changed and at the second time I spoke directly to Manager who transfered me to a suite that actually didn't look so much different from from the room a was at. 5. I gave a note through Booking.com to the resort that I will be needing a baby cot and it was not provided untill the last night when I was transferred to the suite.
