I stayed 2 nights... Couldnt sleep because if the noise done by maintenance or cars inside the resort
This resort is very close to the airport and the Bahrain National Museum. We planned a stay here for my birthday weekend and the staff truly helped make this weekend, a wonderful time. They paid attention to every detail including grouping our rooms close together. They had everything ready at check-in and constantly checked on us to make sure everything was just right. I could not have asked for a better team and the manager What who led the group was phenomenal!
The rooms are a bit outdated, but that would be my only gripe. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful!!!
Beautiful resort on the water. Pool & grounds were well kept. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Friendly staff.
Front desk staff was friendly but we had to wait about an hour for our room. We were only there overnight, so less than 24 hours. Breakfast service was slow.
Staff are very nice and smiling faces.
Housekeeping staff not doing it in right time and noise was high while using high pressure cleaning pump
Our group so much enjoyed our stay and the service was exceptional and heartwarming. The place was so gorgeous and peacefull, the room where we have stayed was clean and fresh.stayed Staffs are very helpful, accomodating, and polite. Definitely will recommend to our colleagues and for sure we'll be back again.
Good place for families
Architecture of the hotel, the pool and the bar, the various restaurants, the beach, the room decoration
Wifi strength varied depending on the position in the room
Location & cleanliness
Alvaitor not warking the second so busy
Location is ok for car access but not safe to walk anywhere by foot.
Room wasn't cleaned 2 days in a row, limescale and rust in the bathroom, shower pressure non existstant, overpriced room service and no minibar in the room. Unexpected "tax" not quoted clearly in original bill which meant 20% extra cost which was not worth the room amenities.
One of few hotels in Manama with a private beach. Very good staff and a lovely hotell.
Noise i did not sleep for two nights
Wonderfull staff, very clean room with awesome views of museam and ocean. Ask for room upstrairs with ocean view, not pool. Very friendly staff around pool.
Drunk arab,s at nine o,clock in the morning trying to swim/drown at the pool bar and beach! Noisy jetskies,
Poor room service and rude staff. Hotel is old and furniture is dirty and worn out.
Not far from the airport.
- Booking.com shows all bedrooms with balcony which is not the case we were given a no balcony room the first night. - The sofa bed comes with a little mattress. We asked for a second mattress and we were told no... no flexibility. - When the housekeeping was called at 23:00 hrs we needed to wait 55min before they showed up and after calling for 3 times. - During the 2nd night we were given a balcony room but there's some security/reflective lamp with a very strong amber light facing directly our balcony. So we were unable to enjoy the balcony since that light can damaged anyone eyes. - Our room service tray spent nearly 10 hrs lying on the floor out of our bedroom after we finished our meals. - Check out took almost 40min since the reception was full and when i finally got my turn it happened that they lost my pre authorizarion bill so it took them sometime to find it. The rate of the reviews have an important impact on the quality of the hotel. Novotel Al Dana is with no doubt not the best choice in Bahrein.
Parking space very tight and not enough lots
Staff is fully corporative, front desk is helpful Pool is amazing
Check in takes two hours to allocate a room and make it ready Restaurant is really small and you have to wait for approximately half an hour to find a table
poor Wi-Fi connectivity and slow
