Staff are very helpful and efficient. Rooms are very clean. Hotel is in good location with many facilities.

Drinks in the bars are rather expensive.

The location was decent and room was very large and well decorated...and Clean!

It said that there was a spa in the hotel, but no such thing existed.

Ramee is clean and well located. The staff is nice and polite. I complained about problems and they gave me a fruit basket and bottle of wine.

There many problems. I booked a junior suite with a king bed and no smoking. They ''upgraded'' me to a bigger room that had no internet connection and a lot of noise. Then they moved me to a room that had a queen bed and was smoking; not a problem, except they told me it was a king bed and no smoking. The internet barely worked. Staff told me pool was open - which was true - except there was no water in the pool. My room was huge with three tiny pieces of furniture in one corner and very limited lighting. The bedroom was small and not terribly attractive. I would have preferred a normal room for a lot less money.

Excellent ameneties. Fun location for adult entertainment if you like shooting pool, drinking and relaxing after a hard month in country.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Reception and manager were very helpful and friendly.

Room service food could have been better. There was a small mistake and I just wanted it to be corrected, but the person on the phone was needlessly argumentative. When they understood my complaint they took care of it.

There is wide parking area next to the hotel. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance from the hotel. In addition to the entertainment facility and services in the hotel.

The doors sound when they are closed or opened in the corridor. They are very noisy.

The hotel charge my cridet card as soon as you( Booking.com) confirme my booking. With one night which your policy said no charge untile you complet your stay..! Or the hotel will charge me if I cancel the booking before one day of my arrival or free cancelation before three days...!!!! My stay was from 15 until 22 nov. 2012 yousef alqmilas

excellent choice for a weekend break great location

I have read the reviews regarding this hotel while planning this pre-school Eid break and they were/are encouraging, so I booked through this great site and let me say that I was disappointed. Let me just state the few good things about the hotel for now. 1) Some and I emphasize some of the staff members like Miss. Alysa and Mr. Purbas who were welcoming and professional 2) The location of the hotel which is just maybe 80 or 70 meters away from the American Alley St. the one full of restaurants and cafes.

First of all, on Tuesday August 21st, the electricity (power) was off and it was lost for nearly 14 hours and hotel staff were blaming the administration office (electricity) for their lack of response and many at the same time were blaming the hotel management for trying to fix a cable problem only making the power dead. The head of reception Mr. Shashidar promised me and my friends for a refund reaching 100 B.D. (1000 S.R.) and we got 3/4 of this refund in the matter of discount, yet I'm still waiting for my Visa refund I was promised by Mr. Shashidar for the lost of power for 14 hours and me not checking out and staying loyal to the hotel throughout the agonizing powerless day. Second of all, the hotel rooms were dated (clean) yet dated and much less than I expected. Third, the service in the hotel isn't the 4 or 3 star hotel you would expect, but much less.

Simply excellent in everything

What i like only the location of the hotel, because it is near to the restaurant, supermarkets,and pharmacy.

I spent one night without power, they put me in 8th floor and they are renovating in the 9th floor. If you call them to clean your room then you have to wait for 30mins. In general, the hotel is nice but they have To enhance their way in how to deal with guests and visitors. After all, I'm waiting my recipt to be sent to my email as they promised me.. :)

Buffet breakfast had no bacon, sausages or scrambled eggs. Was directed more towards asian guests. Internet access, router access---- did not work on 7th floor, which caused a major problem, as I could not access my business mail or skype my family.

I like this hotel so much. Very friendly staff and excellent location. Fun is every where. Very fast check-in and check-out. I recommend this hotel to everybody.

I am usualy on A short stay. you get A feeling of welcome and relaxation straight away.

The best thing is that the road beside the hotel is full of coffee shops and restaurants 24/7 open. And the hotel has three outlets for fun

good restaurants on site and lots nearby gym and swimming pool are basic but good

lack of available electric plugs in the room.

Calm & peaceful place to stay. Facilities like entertainment & restaurant were good.

Some time you have to wait for quite long time to get taxi.

كان هناك مشكلة في التكييف ولم يصلح في ذلك اليوم وحاولنا الإتصال بأكثر من 7 مرات خلال اليوم

الفندق لايقربكم مهوب زين

الموقع فقط قريب من شارع الشباب الرائع بتوفر الخدمات

كل شىء سيء من الادارة وتعاملهم الجاف وخصوصا مع الخليجيين والاثاث والغرف لا ترقي الي السعر المرتفع فهي عادية والوان كئيبة
