Friendl and helpful staff.

A little noisy.

Big Size of whole room and aprtment and kitchen, good food and bar

there is no shops near by, it only hotel or you have take a car go out.. Taxi from Hotel outside are expensive

the location was good & the executive sweat was great.

The location, the stuff, the clubs, the room was big and clean its a good place to spend the weekend with friends do not miss alsoror night club you will like it (;

The hotel is located close to Al-Fateh Grand Mosque, easy access to shopping and restaurants etc.

Our stay at this hotel was horrendous to say the least. For starters, upon arrival the lobby was smelling of alcohol and cigarettes and it looked very chaotic - poor first impressions. The receptionists looked like they were overwhelmed by all the check-outs and check-ins, the lady misplaced our passports for a while! Our one-bedroom was squeezed in- between two 3-bedroom apartments. We were 2 females who regularly visit Bahrain for a holiday but we have never been so unhappy with a hotel before. We had to request all kitchen utemsils because there were none in the room, eventually they were delivered after many trips and they gave us old un-matching utensils. We had to dis-infect the sinks and the bathroom because they did not look clean. The nightmare continued throughout the night as our neighbours were going in and out, banging doors and talking very loudly. In the early hours of the morning it got worse we thought somebody was being beaten or killed because a woman was screaming her lungs out and there was a lot of banging against our wall. We called security and reception because were so scared but nobody came, they just told us they will call our neighbours. We requested to be moved, they moved us to another room. At midnight housekeeping was cleaning a 3-bedroom apartment next to us. They were making so much noise we could not sleep, we called reception who informed us that they will ask them to stop. It was dreadful because the noise continued until 2am even after I went to talk to the cleaners personally asking them to be quiet as we were trying to sleep - they were so blaze and looked at me like I was from another planet. So, for the 2 nights were there, we never got any sleep! Our break from Saudi Arabia was nightmarish from start to end. I would not advise anyone who wants to have a quiet time or a decent hotel stay to visit or book this hotel, actually I think booking.com should remove this hotel from their list.

Spacious rooms and ample parking space.

The hotel is not suitable for families, especially those from a conservative culture. There are 3 or more night clubs wihin the hotel and posters of cladly dressed females every where; not to mention many "working" types in the hotel lobby and even the lifts.

المشكلة الازلية عدم وجود الحجز الا بعد مراجعة المركز الرئيس لمجموعة رامي و هذه المشكلة تكررت معي ٣ مرات خلال ٩ اشهر

الخدمة بطيئة الموظفين غير ودودون سعره غير مناسب مقارنة بالتعامل السئ موظفين الاستقبال غير ودودين ماعدا واحد منهم للأمانه

السعر المعروض في بوكنق ريال٣٧٨ وعند الدفع اتضح ان المبلغ ٣٠٠'٤٨ دينار

ازعاج متواصل حتى الصباح

اتساع الغرف وموقع الفندق وتوفر المواقف وطاقم الفندق

وجود مجموعة مراقص وبارات وديسكوات والفندق مزعج للعوائل ولا انصح به نهائياً للعوائل المسلمه وهو مزعج حتى الساعة 2 صباحاً

النادي الصحي

مسوى النظافة دون المستوى. لا يقومون بتنظيف المطبخ. ادوات المطبخ غير متوفرة. طلبت دفاية لأاطفالي جابوها بعد 32 ساعة ورجلها مكسورة.حجزت لمدة 5 ليالي تركت الفندق في الليلة الثالثة

سرعة اجراءات الدخول و الخروج لدى موظفي الاستقبال وتعاملهم الراقي

بعده عن اماكن التسوق و الحاجيات اليومية تأخر خدمة الغرف يمكن لقلة عددهم وزحمة الفندق

يوجد مواقف خاصه ودخول سهل
