I liked the location basically right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean and It was quiet and not crowded. The hot breakfast was good and convrenient before we would go off on our day. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff at the front desk was not that responsive. An example is, we asked them to make a reservation at a resteraunt for us and they didn't get back to us quickly for a confirmation. Also, they weren't as knowledgable as we would have expected on some things. I also did not like the fact that there was a wedding at 5 pm one night in the resteraunt area which kept us from going to the pool or to dinner that night. Also the wedding went on until 11:30 with loud music and we were trying to sleep. Very disturbing. We had to call the front desk. You should not have the music going that late. You should stop it off by 10pm. Also, I wish that you had a workout gym.

There are many things I like about Coco Reef, the people are very friendly and respectful towards deaf travellers like us. We had a good stay there. We will like to stay there in the future.

An Amazing location on the fabulous Elbow Beach. Relaxed friendly hotel. Bermuda and the people are wonderful, have been before and will definitely be going again.
