“ I stayed in a two-bedroom suite. The rooms were comfortable, very large, immaculate and provided fantastic views of th eharbor. Luxury at its best! I loved having a full kitchen, dining area and living room, since it allowed me to have meetings in the room instead of a stuffy office. ”

I stayed in a two-bedroom suite. The rooms were comfortable, very large, immaculate and provided fantastic views of th eharbor. Luxury at its best! I loved having a full kitchen, dining area and living room, since it allowed me to have meetings in the room instead of a stuffy office. I didn't stay longer

No complaints. Service was slow but we were in Bermuda to relax rather than rush. Staff were friendly and prices reasonably in comparison with other resorts in Bermuda. Courtesy airport taxi was a nice bonus. Nothing really. As said previously service was leisurly but food was good. Could not get the shower to work properly but that could have been down to me.

Very attentive staff, beautiful scenery including sunset viewing, short boat shuttle into downtown Hamilton, extremely quiet and relaxing, excellent restaraunt and deliciously prepared gourmet meals

Beautiful infinity pool across the harbor from Hamilton. Free boat shuttle to Hamilton. Great cottage on water. Great food and service. The beds were hard, the sheets were rough and the pillows were hard and flat.

The modern concept and design, unlike other Bermuda propeties was very appealing, with a clean, fresh new look. The location was excellent for going into Hamilton downtown which is directly across the harbor and the hotels own private water shuttle was a great convenience. Beautiful view of the harbor and Hamilton and sunsets were spectacular. The van shuttle to the beach and golfing was good and the drivers always friendly. As in most Bermuda hotel properties the dining costs were very expensive and the 17 % fee on dining gratuities and room service was much too high. We did miss not having an onsite beach but we knew that when we booked and the complimentary shuttle to the nearby beach was only five minutes away. Pool and hot tub at hotel was only open until sunset and we would have enjoyed going to the pool or hot tub at night but couldn'T. This should have been available we thought.

I loved the view from our room!!! The staff was absolutely wonderful and very prompt when it came to provide you with any type of service from the restaurant, house keeping, transportation, you name it... My family enjoyed the resort's endless pool as well as the local beaches. I found the food to be very expensive but I already knew that from reading some of the reviews and made a trip to the local a+ market the next day. Most importantly, my family and I fell save in Bermuda and that to us was priceless..
