The shower could use an upgrade

Quaintenance, quiet, relaxing, grounds, large room and staff.

Ants. But staff did their best and an adequate job eradicating the problem. I understand this is Island wide challenge

Small but that made it pleasant. Easy to get into town.

Air conditioning made a kind of damp smell when on. Looked at the filter at the front and that was okay but probably just too much dust inside. That should not detract from going though. Ascot's restaurant attached, not part of hotel, was very high quality but expensive.

I liked the cottage style rooms with priate patio area. The agrdens are wekk -kept and the whole atmosphere is tranquil and relaxing

Beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms. Great value for the money, Beautiful grounds and gardens, Very quiet and relaxing. Staff were outstanding and very helpful with all requests. Short walk to many restaurants and shops. Loved it!

The location was wonderful, right in the middle of Hamilton. The rooms were spacious and comfortable; the staff was helpful and accommodating, and the grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning and the wine hour on the veranda in the evenings. Out stay for our 39th aniversary couldn't have been nicer.

The quaint atmosphere and room, and the grounds are beautiful. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, and the location is central to the island. Safe community for walking to and from town and the bus and ferry terminal. My husband and I felt that we truly were able to immerse ourselves in the Bermudian culture, and staying here was key to that.

More and varied breakfast selection.

Very professional, courteous, and attentive management and staff. An excellent value for the money. Gardens are beautiful and the accommodations are clean, well-cared for, and well-appointed. Excellent location to serve as a home away from home, conveniently proximate to accessing everything to enjoy Bermuda to the fullest.

The people who work there all know your name and Ascots the Restaurant on the property is fabulous. The lady who cleaned our room became like family the 8 days we were there! The breakfast was delightful! We could go obtain a movie every night And the property was delightful! There is only one word to describe the hotel and that is QUAINT!! Excellent service and great value!

Theresa and Sanya were exceptional. We were traveling with our 14 month old daughter and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Sanya even placed a rubber duckie in the room for her to enjoy. The entire staff was amazing. Their hospitality is by far the best we have experienced ever! The room was spotless and overall, very comfortable. The garden is beautiful. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to downtown Hamilton which was a nice plus.

The location was a pro and a con - if you're there to visit the beaches, then would recommend staying elsewhere. Though we knew that we would not be a walking distance to the beach when we did book the hotel. We wanted to experience local Bermuda and architecture and staying here allowed us to do so.

It's a very cozy hotel close to Hamilton. I could stay in 2 bed room as I requested. It was very spacious and clean. I was full satisfied staying this hotel.

Lovely small hotel with an intimate feel We had a very quiet and spacious room with a small kitchenette Nice breakfast buffets with make-it-yourself waffles and eggs Very friendly staff Great location in the center of Bermuda with easy walk into town Superb though expensive restaurant (Ascots) for which you need reservations We would stay there again

Provide a few snacks with the free wine at 6 pm Our shower whistled and water did not really get hot A small gym would have been nice
