Location was perfect. Staff were excellent. The restaurant was outstanding.
Nothing to complain about it.
Excellent facilities, excellent views, clean villa, courteous and friendly staff.
The view was superb, overlooking the historic old town and harbour of St George's, and with easy access to everything. The suite was comfortable, even the hide-a-bed. The staff were helpful at all times, and the food in the restaurant was very good. One shrimp dish stands out, as the shrimp were perfectly cooked.
Staff was very friendly. Location was awesome. Buy a bus pass to take you all over the island - Can use on ferries, too, to get to Dockyard. We were able to rent snorkel gear at Grotto Bay and walk to Tobacco Bay to snorkel. Because it was winter, we didn't use the pool outside our cottage, but the heated one by the restaurant. St. George is a beautiful, historic town. Make sure to visit Swizzle Inn for a plate of Nachos - It's right on the bus route.
I liked the location and space of the rooms
I think the property and rooms needs to be updated.
We had to go to reception area for wifi. Patio door would not lock. Musty odour in our condo. Glass in patio door was cloudy/dirty. One reception staff was very rude.
The serenity of the environment hosting the apartments. And the staff were fantabulous and cokeastic.
Free internet was very frustrating.
Location is good. Walking distance to shops and bus. Fitness center equipment was dated but owner was very nice and it's open 24 hours. Staff was nice.
Roaches and ants in cottage. Carpeting was old padding completely worn down. Mattress very old. Lotion and liquid soap was used. Beach was far from hotel no shuttle service in winter. WiFi signal accessible only in certain areas of cottage
the welcome from all the staff particularly from Ross when we arrived it was dark windy and raining within a few minutes of talking to Ross we knew we were going to have a great holiday. The resort is so chilled, so helpful, everything that we wanted and we would book again. We ate in the restaurant, the food and the service was excellent.
there was nothing we didn't like nor would want changed. I can understand that some folk could find negatives anywhere they go but to pick fault with this resort would be unfair
Loved the wonderful views. Wish some balance could be struck so that more custom could be encouraged to the island because it has so much more to attract the visitor than the Caribbean Why aren't there more promotional offers? We hope to return.
The weather hasn't been as warm as we had hoped but that's the luck if the draw.
Great location within walking distance of the historic downtown.
The unit we stayed in (24A) needs to be updated.
Proximity to St George, with its history, charm, shops and restaurants. Close to beaches, bus route and railway trail for hiking. Cottage was spacious, with full kitchen, and patio with beautiful view.
I am a walker and the sights as I walked to Tobacco Bay and St. Catherine's Beach and the Fort were very exciting. Not having to get on the bus to go into town to restaurants and the convenience store. Even taking the bus to Hamilton was easy' The proximity to the airport was another plus. If I return to Bermuda. St. George Cub will see me again. Thanks to all.
I didn't like the fact that my family and I had to leave.
Layout of the room was comfortable and spacious. A lot of windows and nice view where I stayed.
Desperately in need of full room dehumidifiers. Everything was musty and mildew smelly - had a urine smell b/c of the dampness. Sheets and bedding were old and low quality. Couches were gross. In need of an upgrade. Could be a great place with a dehumidifier, new carpets, mattresses, bed linens and couches. Daily maid service was good though.
Restaurant food and staff were good. Location. Pool.
Wifi didn't work. Phones didn't work. Smelled of mold.
Did not realize this was a fimeshare and not a hotel. Might be ok for a trade as only one here.
Arriving later 11 pm. We had only a security person to help. It was raining and no transportation to room which was two blocks, up a hill away. Taxi driver drove us. No one to help with bags, could not drive to room, many steps, etc. bad for older couple with limited mobility. Restaurant closed.
Dee Dee not professional. She should keep her personal observations of customers to herself. Very forward. Also lady with long greyish hair very bossy. No manners or professionalism. Yelling rathe than getting out of chair to come to counter to answer my question
Liked the room and overall area.
Finding $287 in additional charges on my bill upon check out
location is perfect to go in the downtown of st.george (10 min walk) or go to tabacco bay (15 min walk), but you're far from the caotic streets of the small village.the staff is very friendy. there are 3 swimming pool, tennis court and trak for jogging or walking if you want to stay apart from the caos.
logistic, but it's a problem of bermuda where you cannot rent a car and have to go around by taxi o bus...and it's not the best to do with a baby ad his needs to bring with you everytime you move...
Service, 3 pools, free shuttle to the beach and the grocery store, spotlessly clean units, helpfulness of staff, the whole place is great.
Nothing except the bugs making noise outside at night, but that was a normal sound that we got used to.
Wonderful staff! Great accommodations with indoor and outdoor space. Beautiful grounds and views. Shuttle to and from town and the beach. Quiet, but with plenty to do at the resort. Every amenity from laundry facilities to dining. Absolutely perfect. Will return!
Not much......really....although the restaurant meal was wheel done
Reception staff.. Room full of black mold and no attention to it upon reporting..... Charged for two nights after having stayed one and told we would only be charged for one...... Would never return...over hyped.
Privacy of each villa, proximity to the airport and to the old town of St. George.
Service charge and hotel tax should have been made more apparent at the time of booking. Air conditioning units were noisy.
We had the most amazing view. The cottage was very comfortable.
I can't think of anything I didn't like- except that we had to leave!
