Dee Dee not professional. She should keep her personal observations of customers to herself. Very forward. Also lady with long greyish hair very bossy. No manners or professionalism. Yelling rathe than getting out of chair to come to counter to answer my question
Liked the room and overall area.
Finding $287 in additional charges on my bill upon check out
location is perfect to go in the downtown of st.george (10 min walk) or go to tabacco bay (15 min walk), but you're far from the caotic streets of the small village.the staff is very friendy. there are 3 swimming pool, tennis court and trak for jogging or walking if you want to stay apart from the caos.
logistic, but it's a problem of bermuda where you cannot rent a car and have to go around by taxi o bus...and it's not the best to do with a baby ad his needs to bring with you everytime you move...
Service, 3 pools, free shuttle to the beach and the grocery store, spotlessly clean units, helpfulness of staff, the whole place is great.
Nothing except the bugs making noise outside at night, but that was a normal sound that we got used to.
Wonderful staff! Great accommodations with indoor and outdoor space. Beautiful grounds and views. Shuttle to and from town and the beach. Quiet, but with plenty to do at the resort. Every amenity from laundry facilities to dining. Absolutely perfect. Will return!
Not much......really....although the restaurant meal was wheel done
Reception staff.. Room full of black mold and no attention to it upon reporting..... Charged for two nights after having stayed one and told we would only be charged for one...... Would never return...over hyped.
Privacy of each villa, proximity to the airport and to the old town of St. George.
Service charge and hotel tax should have been made more apparent at the time of booking. Air conditioning units were noisy.
We had the most amazing view. The cottage was very comfortable.
I can't think of anything I didn't like- except that we had to leave!
Staff were not particularly welcoming.
Shuttle bus service and location to old town.
You know the Internet does not work in certain location why you did not improve it?
Reception staff VERY rude Very outdated resort with insects in rooms and restaurant
A lovely location. The rooms is big and nice enough.
The staff were rude. There was no cleaning for all three days we were there and then they hit us up for a daily cleaning charge each day! They said cleaning is mandatory. Well then why wasn't my bed made one single time during my stay? Really...this is absurd. I was all set to come back here because the place is lovely and well located, but frankly I think I probably won't. This left a very sour taste.
views its own compound
centipede in cottage
The location of the resort in the town of St. George's.
Public restrooms were dirty, pools were dirty, food was sub-par in relation to the cost.
Location...ease of travel...facilities
great service free shuttle to the beach and around town restaurants are fantastic bars are also good
plan on spending alot of cash on food and drinks
The shuttle service was available at all times. The staff were also very attentive and supportive.
The internet access.
Lots of room and comfort. Easy access to bus, as you can not rent a car in Bermuda.
Many hills to climb in St. Georges and up to Club. No TV in bedrooms, only in living room area.
Location...colonial charm...great public transportation
Facilities are over 40 years old...mandatory $60 F&B fee for Griffin's restaurant where the food is mediocre and overpriced.
Loved the villa, view, location and facilities. Staff were fantastic. Definitely plan to return
friendliness of staff
hairdryer removed from cottage
The staff was very helpful
The first cottage the gave us had a lot of mold. I have ashtma so this was totally unacceptable. They switched our acomodations. Screens were broken, window shades were broken. Kitchen was barely adequate. Shower had no water pressure. Chaise lounge in back was broken. Furniture was not comforable. The whole place needs a lot of TLC and repairs. We suspect they have money problems.
Very friendly staff. Excellent location. They went the extra mile to make our stay truly great. The staff provided us timely information on getting around this wonderful island.
Nothing! This was our first trip to Bermuda and we will come again.
Great location for exploring the town and being close to the airport.
Thought I got a good deal from booking.com but clearly missed the small print about being charged for housekeeping, the taxes, gratuities etc. For a one night stay was put in the furthest room away. Overpriced breakfast all a bit of shame really but then like all timeshare people I should have known it's about the money not the quality of service.
We rented a one bedroom unit which had a wonderful ocean view. The kitchen was very well equipped with stainless appliances including a full size fridge, stove and dishwasher. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.
The resort had some problems with a water leak while we were there and compensated the guests for their inconvenience with a complimentary dinner in their dining room. Unfortunately, the date for the meal was the evening of the day we checked out. They did not offer any other compensation to us despite drawing to their attention that we would be unable to enjoy their offer.
