Comfortable, no complaint with the air-conditioning. Thank you for complimentary airport transfer and breakfast. unfortunately there is no coffee and tea offer in room |

A tradesman had been working in the bathroom doing plastering and left his tools there.Worst was that there was plaster over the floor and in the bath. |

Close to major attractions. Pickup and delivery from/to the airport. They use a chemical on their rugs that is irritating to our sense of smell. |

The staff were excellent. The lady at the reception desk was always so helpful, and full of useful information. The drivers were patient and good at their job. All the staff were polite, kind, well dressed and helpful. Well done! Internet facilities were very slow, particularly on the first day. It took me an entire hour to send 2 short messages. |

Access to cheap internet facilities. If stuck at the hotel in the evening, good Thai food on the ground floor. Very impersonal atmosphere though. We had reserved a suite. They consist of a small bedroom and a large TV room with basic furniture and a large uncomfortable sofa. We eventually swapped for a standard room. The friendly staff did not object and was helpful. |

the staff were friendly and attended to guest request; complimentary transfer facility was great; the drivers were very cooperative and kind---mr. ramli, mr zul and another driver whom i cant remember the name the hotel didnt provide bottled water in the room. guest have to ask for water |

カードキーではなかったけれど、エレベーターもあり、ソファーとローテーブル、ダイニングテーブル、テレビ、冷蔵庫のある部屋と、ベッドルームとバスルーム、と広い３部屋で快適でした。空港まで無料で送迎してくれるのも良かったです。朝食は６つくらいの種類から選べ､５BDで別料金とサイトにありましたが､チェックアウトの際に確認したら朝食は宿泊料金に含まれているとのことでした。 市内にも徒歩圏内で観光しやすかったです。 |
