The staff were excellent. The lady at the reception desk was always so helpful, and full of useful information. The drivers were patient and good at their job. All the staff were polite, kind, well dressed and helpful. Well done! Internet facilities were very slow, particularly on the first day. It took me an entire hour to send 2 short messages. |

Access to cheap internet facilities. If stuck at the hotel in the evening, good Thai food on the ground floor. Very impersonal atmosphere though. We had reserved a suite. They consist of a small bedroom and a large TV room with basic furniture and a large uncomfortable sofa. We eventually swapped for a standard room. The friendly staff did not object and was helpful. |

Friendly helpful staff right from arrival at BSB airport until departure. Rooms were old style, air-conditioned but comfortable and spacious with big bathrooms. Breakfast was good. Location was close to city - about a 500m walk to bus station, mosque, restaurants. 700m walk to Yayasan shopping mall. Small convenience store onsite of hotel. Cyber cafe on first floor full of young boys playing loud computer games - not condusive to doing business via email. Cheap at B$1 an hour but noisey environment. Wish they had WiFi. Breakfast - how about some juice? Water is ok but juice would have been better. |
