Very nice. Not big rooms but OK

staff poor, didn't let me check in a minute earlier, and make late late check out just 1 hour later possible, breakfast not really good, pool poor.

There is a shopping complex walking distance and near to the Stadium for sports activities which we were there for.

The staff in the restaurant are not attentive and breakfast choices were not good.In addition, it took a long time for food to be replenished when the hotel is fully booked with clients at peak breakfast time.

What I like was the surrounding of the greenery and hotels are alcohol Free and no Bar/Pub that was excellent at least it keeps certain crowds away.

The room were too dull n dark,i couldn't get access to fitness centre,asked for an hour late check out just would not even consider it even for an half hour staff needs to be more friendly breakfast was not good very limited option and didn't taste good,there were no convenient shop nearby just in case you missed breakfast only option would be to go downtown.

I stayed at this hotel in transit to Hong kong the next day. This hotel was less than 5min drive from the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast catered for both westerners and non westerners. I would stay here again

Room service the food I ordered said "salad" when I received my meal salad consisted of just lettuce- not a salad at all

Well, strategically located near to the airport

Run down-place which has lost it's glory many years ago. A much needed revamp is required. Not worth the 3-stars. More 2-star if you ask me.

Most of the environment is acceptable excep food n fruit quality is for below the Hotel standard.

Location - right next to the stadium; it was literally a 5 minute walk. I was there for the Standard Chartered Brunei Half Marathon; will probably stay there again next year if I do run the event.

The hotel is a bit jaded and needs major refurbishment. Apart from that, no complaints - staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful; airport transfer was easily arranged; location was perfect for my needs. However I didn't feel the price was justified simply because the place is really old/outdated.

Ochotný a přívětivý personál,čistota,vybavení,skvělé snídaně a doprava do city a nákupního centra v ceně pobytu.Dostupný internet,terasa s bazénem.

Nemám absolutně žádné výhrady. Byl to dokonalý a pohodlný hotel.

Pool inadequate for lap swimming. Distance to restaurants and tourist/shopping areas.

Friendly staff and good service. We stayed in a smokers room but we do not smoke, so the smeel was a disopointment. They should have asked if we would have a smokers room or non smoking!!

The wifi was very poor, often it did not work or it worked very slowly You should improve the wifi capabilities.

I like a doorman them was nice.

Receptionist is not nice, little bit disappointed when I was check out.

Room was spacious (as we were 3 travelers and so asked for an extra bed) ,breakfast was rich enough (though some cheese types should be put) and it was very close to the airport.

Sauna and gym should not be extra charged.

The room was spacious. The single bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.

The hotel needs to refurbish.

the hotel has been a lovely place at some time, now it is out of date, and in need of a face lift.
