Superb location, great staff, great hotel and well priced.

Restaurant staff extremely slow. no matter really as we were on a holiday!

the staff, facilities and location were fantastic. The prices were very reasonable for hotel prices. We ordered room service and it was arguably the best room service meal i have ever had.

There is nothing not to like.

Daughter contracted appendicitis and admitted to hospital, hotel were amazing, looked after us, took us to hospital, visited her and sorted our extended stay, can't thank them enough, they were amazing, thank you Lovina and \j don xxx

I found the staff not only very professional, but also genuinely friendly. The room was large and clean with an excellent, large bathroom. The Brunei Hotel is excellently located, right in the city centre, but still very quiet and peaceful.

Location n I had a lovely room on the third floof overlooking the river n Friday markets.five star with even hairdryer, soaps etcgot a boat to see the proboscis monkies at 8 am for 20$ one hour and got photos.p

Also had an inside room which was same but couldnt look out.

We loved the position - close to market, Mosque, proboscis monkeys, cheap and good local cafes, museums, etc. a nice touch was the free minibar. We also enjoyed the complementary shuttle to Gadong night market. The Malay Technology Museum was close by local bus (no 39) and was great.

The hotel was better than we expected so nothing disappointed. We thought we would miss a pool but we didn'T.

Clean, comfortable, modern, efficient and very good value. No character but we didn't need that in Bandar. Perfect when you arrive from the plane (25BD taxi) and don't want any hassle. Above all - the very best location to see the capital as right next to the river and local market (and also bus station). Would certainly go back there as the best base to visit Bandar and surrounds.

We were initially given a room over the entrance with no view but changed this with no problem. The breakfast wasn't very exciting but was adequate.

Perfect siuation, central, close to bus station, waterfront, market,... Excellent for tourist people. Room with comfort. Excellent breakfast

Personal in the front desk, may give better information to the tourist. F. e. I arrive one wenesday, perfect day to visit mosques, but they did'nt explain me that the next day, thursday, they are closed for tourist.

Position of hotel very convenient for city sights. Restaurant was good for meal but breakfast only nodded to the international style typical now of the hotel ambíence.

Our shuttle booking from the airport did not happen. We had to ring the hotel to remind the reception. Very little in the way of an apology although we had arrived after a long flight and Waited for the best part of an hour for transport from the airport to the hotel. Although the hotel has been modernised, there is very little character now - you could be anywhere! We preferred the previous version with local people when it was less expensive.

Location very central

Super location, but it was the staff and service and the smiles that were exemplary. We would definitely go there again. They even move a bollard so you can park right outside the front door.

Nothing really, but there seems to be no facilities other than a room and a lobby and restaurant - not that you need more.

The perfect location from which to visit Bandar Seri Bagawan. Efficient design comfortable good sized rooms and friendly staff. From this central location you can walk to all the important city sites.

The 5 star facilities for much less than 5* money. Good welcoming staff. Early check in accomodated without charge. Only a nominal charge for my late checkout. Perfect location for those arriving by bus also with convenient water taxi services.

The limited parking area, and the rate that almost same with 5 star hotel in Bandar Seri Begawan.

I had no bath and although there was space in the hotel no offer of upgrade was made. Poor quality of towels and tv channels in English.

The hotel was fantastic - very modern yet still comfortable with a great breakfast. Free wi fi was handy and all the staff were extremely helpful. Much better than the resort option outside of town we looked at. Fantastic thanks!

Not a lot of choice in Brunei, but this was the pick of the hotels that we used during our recent stay... this boutique hotel is right in Bandar, next to the markets, near the shops (such as they are... not a lot of shopping or entertainment to be found here)... around the corner from the waterfront where you can hire a water taxi $50 for 1 hour tour around floating village... also fab cafe around corner (Cafe Vitto). We spent 24 hours here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would use this hotel again if we found ourself in Brunei.

Good rooms in good location. Shuttle bus to Gadong during the day and evening. Wide variety of food for breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Would have been nice to have a single family room instead of two interconnecting rooms. Charged b$40 for airport shuttle when a taxi only charges b$25.

I love how the management reserved a parking slot in front of the hotel and printed my name on it. It makes me feel very special to have this kinda service.

Its rather unreasonable to have one username & password for each electronic device in the hotel.
