the apartment was warm. Location was horrible. It's not close to the centre of the city. Taxi drivers simply refused to drive us to the location. The signage to the apartments are small, it's quite difficult to find this place. Hot water was limited. Water flowed out of the shower, drain did not work property. (we were in ground floor apartment) Breakfast is not possible before 7am, so if you have an early flight or activities which means you need to leave before 7am...tough luck! WiFi signal is poor, slow speed. The ground floor apartment has no privacy, the main living area is open with no curtains available.

Kind staff. My room really did not keep up with the expectations I had on the basis of the previous reviews. It was not so bad, but possibly there are much better rooms than the one where I slept.

- Very spacious room with a couch and kitchen - heater in bathroom and warm shower - quiet during the night - Breakfast could be improved - very cold. provided heater insufficient - location uphill therefore we have taken always a taxi

La habitación era grande y el barrio es seguro. Está lejos del centro por lo que no es buena opción para ir de turismo. Hay que coger taxi para ir a un restaurante, no hay ninguno en las inmediaciones. El WIFI no funciona bien por lo que para mí es una gran pérdida de confort. No hay ordenador para que los huéspedes, ni siquiera bajo pago. Es bastante caro para la ciudad de la Paz.

Très bon jus d'orange frais servis le matin. Chambre agréable à l'étage uniquement (sinon bruyant) Personnel peu qualifié, parlant peu anglais. Gardien de nuit dormant la nuit... Eviter la chambre du rdc pour préserver sommeil et intimité.

L'accueil du staff, très compétent pour résoudre notre problème de perte de bagages à notre arrivée à l'aéroport. Chambre très calme dans une impasse, literie très confortable et petite cuisine pour préparer le petit déjeuner voire plus. L’hôtel, bien qu'excentré n'est qu'à 1€ du centre en taxi ou 20 mn à pied de la cathédrale.

Sehr große und helle Zimmer, top gepflegt und in sehr ruhiger Lage in einem Wohnviertel. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Etwas abseits der "üblichen" Touristenrouten.

O design do hotel é lindo. Sua localização é em uma área muito silenciosa. O sistema de calefação do hotel é péssimo. Quarto grande e frio que não esquenta nem com o aquecedor portátil. Houve variação de temperatura do chuveiro e da pia. As cortinas do quarto são muito transparentes e não bloqueiam a luz. Hotel não fornece sabonete nem qualquer utensílio de higiene, como xampu. As tábuas do piso rangem. Ouvia os passos do hóspede do andar de cima sempre. Não há padarias, bares nem supermercados perto do hotel. Numa das noites, na recepção não havia ninguém. O café da manhã é pendurado na porta do quarto (quatro pães jogados diretamento na sacola, sem proteção, mais um vidro com suco de laranja). A manteiga se encontra dentro da geladeira do quarto, embrulhada em um plástico, mas a quantidade é mínima. O centro fica relativamente distante do hotel. Tive de pegar táxi todos os dias para ir e vir.
