I was the only nun-bolivian costumer. Really quiet place. For the price, it is not really a good place to go. Really strange staff, I can`t leave the room with my key. I must leave the key at the front desk everytime I leave the hotel... Really strange. I don`t recommand this hotel.

El hotel esta en una zona fea de la ciudad, no hay agua caliente en el baño temprano! No sirven desayuno hasta las 8 de la mañana cuando en sta.cruz de las sierras amanece a las 6!

Localiza-se em um lugar calmo, sem barulho algum, em frente a uma boa galeria de compras e bem proximo a feira 7 calles, os funcionarios sao prestativos e a limpeza eh impecavel O cafe da manha eh pessimo, foge totalmente dos padroes dos hoteis brasileiros

Su cercanía al centro neurálgico de Santa Cruz, pues se puede alcanzar cualquier oficina en poscos minutos y moverse caminando también. No, en absoluto, estoy muy agradecido por su profesionalismo en todos los aspectos de la atención, reservas, dias de estadía, sentirse cómodo, etc.

Um ambiente familiar, funcionários muito gentis e atendimento caloroso e informal. Achei o café da manha simples, não tem elevador, não tem restaurante e a regulação de temperatura do chuveiro é ruim.

El personal muy amable y dispuesto No es un hotel 3 estrellas. Los servicios son básicos y las camas mas bien estrechas. Por la mañana el ruido proveniente de otros huéspedes fue insoportable. Gente muy mal educada. Nos quejamos. La zona en que se encuentra es oscura y fea.

Check In rápido, zona sin ruidos. Baños muy pequeños y estrechos, la avenida para acceder al hotel oscura y con cierto ambiente inseguro. Escaleras no hay ascensor.

Proximidade com a cidade Ar condicionado central é desligado de dia e freqüentemente se encontra desligado Recepção extremamente quente. O hotel fica de janelas e portas fechadas sem ar na recepção Café da manhã muito pobre para um hotel 3 estrelas
