I really cannot think of a thing.
I already reviewed this hotel on the second day of my stay there, but I felt compelled to come back to share my experience of just how professional the staff is here.
First of all, I booked the hotel for a total of 8 days. After a few days in Sucre, we realized how small a city Sucre is, and so we decided to cancel the last 2 days. I thought the hotel would have us pay some sort of a cancelation fee, but to our surprise they let us cancel the 2 days without any penalty whatsoever.
The staff here were also incredibly helpful. They spoke excellent English and helped us organize our trip to Tarabuco for much less than what the other tour agencies were asking in town.
Lastly, on the day we left Sucre, we were in the taxi to the airport when the hotel gave the taxi driver a call. The taxi driver then gave us the phone to tell us the hotel wanted to talk to us. Turns out, we took a beer from the mini fridge, but they made an error and charged us for 2 beers. They told us the taxi driver would give us back the 20 bolivianos extra that they charged us. It was not a lot of money but we were really impressed by the fact that they went through all the trouble to correct the mistake!
Oh, and one last thing I forgot to mention. The hotel's restaurant makes very tasty dishes and many of their items have a vegetarian option where they replace the meat with some kind of gluten substitute. It is very hard to find restaurants in Bolivia with good vegetarian choices and as my girlfriend is vegetarian, we were very grateful to the hotel restaurant for having such a variety of vegetarian options.
