I was clean, very large inside with a covered courtyard, WiFi worked well. Hot water was hot. Staff were helpful in suggesting was for me to continue to my next destination

Breakfast was nice but the eggs were not kept warm in the warmer and it was a little slow to wait for some items to be replenished.

The stuff is kind the breakfast is good.

Everything is too old. The matrix the pillow the bed sheet the curtains.we had to ask for a doctor. The stuff was very helpful but the Dr was everything but not a Dr. He came bare handed and prescribed 2 injections that made things worth. When we arrived to sucre we had a real dr.

    - helpful and friendly staff - hot water readily available in shower - relatively clean - Ok breakfast - quiet location - heating in the room - tours can easily be arranged - sunset views from our third floor room

    - the location is a bit of a climb from central market, but not too far - breakfasts could be better - although it is kept clean, property is outdated and could use a facelift - rooms were spartan

The central location, the heating, the hot shower and the free computer access.

The hotel does not have any atmosphere, the yard could be nice but is used as a parking space in the evening. The breakfast was weak and the breakfast room is horrible. The bin in the bathroom was full when we arrived- especially unpleasent in a country where toilet paper is disopsed in the bin. We recognised that the owner treats the staff in an unfriendly way- maybe she thought we do not understand Spanish.

Good connection with the exceptional mine tour.

The communication with the male staff wasn't very good when we unavoidably arrived late. Breakfast wasn't served at the time stated one morning.

Quiet hotel near the centre. Hotel organised our transfer to Sucre and this was very much appreciated. The room was nice but the bed was unbelievably hard making for an uncomfortable nights sleep. There isnt a lot on offer in Potosi and this overall was a good choice.

Wifi didnt work well. Sometimes there were no English speakers on reception which made communication difficult. Really hard bed.

The assistance given to us by the staff in making sure we understood everything and in securing our car in a good park.

Good breakfast for Bolivia. They sell ice creams.

Parking is in the courtyard, yet they continually let local cars park in the entrance and block in guests vehicles.

Location was central, but also next door to a construction site where work went on past 11pm. WiFi worked well. Shower was hot, and heat worked in the room.

Staff was not very competent. They gave us wrong times for bus tickets they sell, forgot to arrange a tour they said they would book for us, and then double billed us for the tour. Bed mattress was lopsided. Breakfast was not very good. Overall, not a great value for $40, but it could have been worse.

Location was great - away from busiest streets but very short walk to restaurants and sites. Clean and friendly.

Wi-fi wasn't great, but you're not in Bolivia to spend your time online!

Good location near the centre of Potosi. Great service (they offer their own mine tours with miners). Clean spacious rooms, nice colonial building.

Not quite enough breakfast for all customers if it's busy

This is the best hotel I stayed in during a one-month holiday in Bolivia! The staff are very helpful. Many services are offered, incl. laundry, bus tickets and free (fast) Internet. My room overlooked the city, cathedral and silver mountain The hotel is situated just outside the centre, in a quiet street slightly up from the cathedral and Moneda. Excellent breakfast too.

The best hostel i've stayed in Bolivia. It had everything: friendly staff, real breakfast, cable tv, wi-fi and most important heating in the room.

Breakfast was good. Staff was generally friendly. My room was spacious and the shower hot.

In a word, disappointing. I spent four nights there. Though the breakfast was to be run 7:30 - 10.00 each morning, two of my four mornings it was served late, my last day when I had to catch a bus it was not ready until 7:45. There was no one staying at the hotel — that should have tipped me off — so it is not like the staff was busy attending to other guests. The hotel was very cold though it was summer. Staff often wore coats around. but its cavernous breakfast room was heated by a single wood stove and I could see my breath every morning. The tiled walkway to the breakfast room was treacherous because the rain came dripping through the roof and several mornings the tile steps were entirely covered with water. Though my two VISA credit cards worked everywhere else in Latin America, they would not work at Tukos Hotel and I had to pay my bill in cash. The WiFi generally sucked, none to slow and unreliable. My room was cleaned only one day; my bed mattress needed to be replaced, it was badly saggy and lumpy.
