Breakfast was superb! Staff was also super friendly! The rooms were nicely decorated but maybe a little cold. A heater, however, was provided. (But we did not want to use it)

    Nice view, good breakfast

The small house that suits the rooms don't have any insulation which makes them very cold at night.

    Very nice facility, friendly staff

Room didn't have a radiator. We got an electric heater, it was a little bit cold for the first few hours, though.

Wonderful setting and location. The hammocks and view were great. Two blocks to the heart of town. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

Hot water was not quite hot.

    Staff were friendly & helpful.

Issues with the solar hot water in the shower. No hot water at all in the hand basin. Bed linen was clean but could be better quality.

hostel conveniently located near central street with the view on the lake

bungalows go without heating, even with the electrical heater which we had to ask for, it was still very cold, not a good option if you're traveling with a child. overall the amount paid didn't correspond to the services offered.

Staff was nice. Pleasant stay. There was hot water.

WiFi bit slow (like everywhere), bit of a steep walk home from town.

The hammocks, the view and garden area was excellent. The location is good, the only downside is the uphill trek to it which when you have bags can be a mission! Breakfast was lovely, good choice.

the power points in the room looked like they had burnt out and we had issues charging things and got electric shocks from them!

    The eco hotel proposal

At the reservation momment the were only double room being offered, but when I arrived there were single room also, and available. I had to pay for two anyway because he didnt let me change, although they dont offer it previously.

A very nice view to Titicaca lake. Quiet neigbours, I slept like a log. Fresh fruit and strong coffee for breakfast. I had a suite, which was quite nice and spacious with two windows facing the lake. Comfortable big bed. Excellent value for money.

A bit cold in the room especially late in the evening. Electric heater of course helped but was not enough to heat up the room. Poor shower system. Did not manage to get enough water from the device. Location on the dark street (no street lamps).

There's a nice view of the Lake Titicaca from the grounds of the hotel.

The Wi-Fi did not work at all. The shower and bathroom were very tiny, and difficult to adjust with the solar hot water.

Staff were extremely welcoming, personable and helpful. Helped plan our time. Great views of the lake. Far enough away to relax bit close enough to everything to enjoy.

Not a problem for us but a slight walk uphill to reach hotel

The rooms are large, bright and comfortable. A heater is provided for the cold nights. Breakfast was excellent. The garden is nice to sit in.

The shower head is too big for the amount of water that comes out. It is good that it is solar powered but we both had trouble regulating the temperature

Spacious room Some staff speaks English Good breakfast

Our worst stay in Bolivia for the most expensive place we booked! Power shortage at 7pm only at the hotel with no back up generator, not fixed until our departure the next day - we were not offered candles or lamps No hot shower, No light, No heating for Christmas Eve. Completely overpriced (even if we had electricity), other hotels 10x cheaper in Copacabana. The hotel is uphill get ready for the hike
