Location. Clean. 1. No Internet available anywhere except the reception area (there not all the time as well) 2. Breakfast is probably only good for those who are fasting. 3. Paying with a credit card means 3% surcharge.

Location When we asked for Tiwanaku tour and airport taxi they offer us an expencive price.Also during check out they wanted % 3 commission for credit card.When I said I will write to 'Booking com',they gave up charging it.

The bed was like sleeping on a rock. There were no toiletries in the room and only half a roll of toilet paper. I repetedly asked for some only to never get any. The food was the worst I have eating in all of South America, and that is saying something. The staff were hopeless. I have had better breakfasts in really bad hostels. I was awear that there would be night noise from other reviews, but was not prepaired for the constant banging, not sure from what that started at 8pm and went all day long. Do not stay at this place it is awfull, one of the worst places I have ever stayed in.

Price-quality was oké. Hotel staff very friendly. AS mentioned before: lots of noise during the night from 11 till 4 am in the morning due to Karaoke bar and disco in the night. Outdated, bit run down hotel, which had its glorious period in the late seventies (app 30 years ago). Friendly staff, but does not knwo how to bill on credit cards- had to pay finally in cash.

Great location and very close to the center of La Paz. All within walking distance. There is a heavy metal disco next door that appears to start around mid night. We were on the third floor and the sound resonated throughout our room. This happened week days, not only week ends. Also, even if the band that plays emits reduced decibels, on several nights the "audience" that left this disco remains loudly in the street, which is right in front of the hotel. So you may want to ask for a room that does not face the street nor close to ground level.

Se agradece la sobriedad, una vista hermosa desde la habitación y una ubicación privilegiada. El desayuno es mejorable, y un día no se realizó la limpieza de la habitación. Nos pidieron las disculpas señalando que simplemente se habían olvidado.

No se me ocurren muchas cosas buenas que decir... Es un hotel económico, y el precio es correcto para lo que es El lugar está mal tenido. Tuve un par de malas experiencias: una mañana se metió uno de los housekeeping a mi habitación mientras me vestía, ni siquiera tocó la puerta y nunca supe qué fue a hacer. Pedí antes de ir que me asignaran una habitación con buena señal de wi fi, me lo confirmaron y cuando llegué esto no sucedió. El desayuno bastante regular.

Me ha gustado la atención del personal de recepción y de los restaurantes. El buffet libre del mediodía del restaurante. La ubicación del hotel. Hay poca calefacción pero fue subsanado con un calefactor.

Заселили нас без доп оплаты в 6 утра и даже предложили завтрак, хотя потом за него делали доплату. Есть горячая вода. В номерах было холодно. Вай фай ловит только до 8го этажа:( в моем на 9м его не было, приходилось спускаться. Не весь персонал говорит по-английски

Muy buena ubicación. El personal muy atento. Las camas y almohadas muy duras. El aseo mal hecho, solo ordenaban las camas. El desayuno podría ser mejor. En mi habitación no llegaba WiFi y estaba impregnada a humo de cigarro.

La tranquilidad del 10º piso, la ubicación, la atención del personal muy atentos cuando tuve un problema con la llave, el desayuno, la ubicación. Que no haya Wi Fi en las habitaciones.
