Bwc apertadisimo,cafe da manha horrivel, barulho terrivel de portas batendo, eco enorme dentro do predio,cidade suja e feia tipica para bicho grilo carregador de mochila nas costas.

Gostei da localização e das instalações modernas. O serviço é péssimo. O atendimento no balcão é feito por 2 ou 3 garotos que quase nunca estão onde deveriam estar. Ora na internet, vendo televisão ou desaparecidos. O café da manhã foi servido com má vontade e ao som de música aos berros. Vá para o Hotel Utama que é mais barato e serve indiscutivelmente melhor.
