The grocery store (small yet adequate) makes this a good choice if you plan to cook your own meals. Yet it is not too far from nice restaurants and the brand new Ventura mall with its food court. All within walking distance. It was very quiet since it is tucked in a residential neighborhood.
No elevator. Our apartment was on the 4th floor and we had heavy luggage but the staff was helpful to give us a hand. The kitchen is not set up for heavy duty cooking: only one pot and a tiny frying pan, nor coffee pot but we made due.
The staff were awesome! I actually accidentally left my $1000 camera at the hotel after I checked out and they called me to let me know and delivered it to me intact at the airport....never seen something like that at a hotel in Bolivia. Also, the facilities were excellent...very comfortable beds, clean, A/C worked great, bathrooms were in great condition and comfortable, kitchen was great as well.
The wifi set up at the hotel is a little annoying because there is an SSID and passcode that you have to enter for the living room and then a completely seperate one for the bedrooms. Since the wifi is free, it should simply be available throughout the hotel with one simple passcode...small issue though because once you have things configured on your devices you don't have to worry about it anymore.
Staff were very friendly and helpful . The dryer I brought didn't work there, but he offered me converter. So It worked. Room was too big for myself, I would like to come back with my friends next time. Thank you soooo much.
Wifi didn't work in the bed room, In the living room worked very well.
There was no warm water. We should wait 20min till we get warm water. The first day we get shower with cold water. The room was very cold. We slep the first night with 10 degrees in room. It was very cold in the room. I wouldn´t recommend the hotel. For that price is the hotel very expensive und offers not the necessary comfort. I will not stay defenitly again in that hotel.
Location is perfect. Next to nice restaurants, mall, supermarket (small and large one), farmacy, snack bars; for girls there is a beauty salon 50m from the Hotel. Quiet neighborhood. Really nice place to stay.
wifi not so good, no elevator (but not such a big problem)
Excellent value for money. Staff were very eager to help. Would recommend.
Comfortable, clean, apartments with nice shower and reasonable Wi-Fi. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Just a few mins walk from some of santa Cruz's best restaurants (would recommend the Chalet Suisse restaurant!)
Wi-Fi a bit spotty at times
Friendly staff.. Clean.. Comfortable.. Great location..
Difficulty with WIFI.. slow speed prevented some business activity.
The guy on duty at night was very helpful. Arranged wake up call, taxi to airport and complimentary coffee
No breakfast included in price that was quite high for Bolivia standards, no toilet paper in bathroom.
Very nice apartments.
The reception area is very small and no restaurant.
The apartments were very nice. I would definitely recommend it for families or two couples. We had a large group and booked several rooms only for one night, but it would have been nice to stay longer. You can prepare your own meals if you want. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
There was no one who spoke English when we were there, so communication was difficult for us. I had to keep pointing to the booking.com quote that I had printed and taken with me, since they tried to charge me more. In the end, they honoured the price, but I had to be persistent.
Por el precio el desayuno debería estar incluido
3 flites of stairs to our apt with no elevator, ants in the apt, a space between the joins of the windows for bugs to get in with ease, not given even half an hour late check out on New Year's Day even though we'd only arrived at 11pm the night before. No toilet roll.
Too much like a bed & breakfast as a small building
Excelente para ejecutivos
Seria deseable que existiera ascensor
Nice spacious and quiet on the 4th floor where the apartment (4b) has a large terrace...only good for 2 people...good maid service daily .. helpful staff
No lift..no hot tap in kitchen (common in Bolivia)...location is a long way out from city centre but in a quiet leafy area with supermarket very close
The kitchen facilities and the convenience that the hotel is close to a grocery store. It's good when you're stopping over in and out of the city and just want a quiet place to stay for the night.
The kitchen equipment was quite limited. It's annoying to have to ask for everything, from toilet paper to matches. Be careful, they will try to overcharge you. Stick to the price offered on Booking. The taxis the hotel works with will try to overcharge you as well, again, stick to the normal rate (60 Bs to and from the airport).
Staff was outstanding - treated us like family! Neighborhood was safe and had a very good grocery store right around the corner. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Santa Cruz.
As usual, the costumer service you get in Bolivia isn't generally the best. This hotel was no different. I wouldn't recommend staying in a room facing the street.
