It's location and tropical atmosphere. Proximity to Viru Viru airport. It wasn't made clear that snacks were available from the bar between meals. Check-in took longer than expected as the hotel wasn't made aware of the reservation through booking.com. It also meant we had to change rooms after the second night. Most if not all customers had all meals included, which I don't think was an option we had through booking.com. It could possibly have resulted in a cheaper stay.

Air conditioning Everything else eg no shop no drinks Internet promised in your review yet only available in reception and then only sometimes. Very dissapointed! Food opened to flies for hours. Bugs breeding in sugar bowl!

Su infraestructura y naturaleza La falta de limpieza e higiene principalmente en areas comunes como piscina, saunas. Falta de mantenimiento continuo al Hotel (muy descuidado) Ejemplo: Escasa agua caliente en las habitaciones.

Local muito bonito, com um avestruz que anda no meio das pessoas, piscina, piscina de agua aquecida, sauna, ofurô, tobogan sala de jogos, pedalinho, lugar completo preço alto para comer

Inicialmente no quisseran reconocer la oferta de booking.com y ofrecieran una cosa 2 veces mas cara pero insistimos y consigimos con el mismo precio. No me gusto que no quisseran reconocer su propria oferta

Tiene amplios espacios verdes, con animales y amplia piscina. La habitacion no tenía señal de WiFi. Durante la estadia se rompieron los caños quedando la habitacion sin agua. No funcionaba el control remoto del aire acondicionado. La comida en el restaurant del hotel es muy poco variada, y esto es relevante ya que por su ubicacion aislada del complejo es dificultoso poder comer en otro lado.
