Location and amenities are good. Internet wifi is free. Internet wifi does not reach well into hotel rooms so I had to to go the lobby to connect.

Everything. Staff was helpful and friendly, location was perfect right down in the center of the city. The breakfast was very good. The room was warm, and I was so happy to finally take a warm shower. Room was very clean and very comfortable which is exactly what I was looking for after staying at a crappy hotel.

This was by far the best value and best appointed hotel we stayed at during our month long trip to South America. Location was good, hotel rooms spacious and well appointed, bathrooms good with plenty of hot water. Staff very helpful with arranging city tours and excellent wi-fi reception. Value for money, great breakfast with good selection of fresh fruit, room size and proximity to restaurants made this hotel an excellent choice for our stay in the exciting if not a little chaotic city of La Paz.

Sin comentarios al respecto, muy bueno. Noté la falta de ducha higiénica (manguera) para quienes tenemos el hábito de lavarnos, es incómodo el uso de papel higiénico.

Buenas instalaciones, el personal muy amable, limpieza y comodidad excelentes! La comida es internacional,pero creo que falta un chef .La calidad de por ejemplo las pastas no es buena.El buffet de desayuno y almuerzo bueno. Un menú de comidas típicas preparadas poe un buen chef sería ideal, ya que la mayoría de los turistas no come en la calle, ni conoce restaurantes.

La ubicación e instalaciones son excelentes El baño no cuenta con ducha íntima, considero que es necesaria. En el desayuno no tienen cereales sin azúcar ni integrales. Solamente avena y algo de fibra sería suficiente.

Excelente hotel, personal mur cordial, limpio, buen desayuno, buena comida, buen buffet los días domingo. Segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel y la calidad sigue siendo excelente.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, escpecially Tiffany and the Manager Rodrigo. I tried to book an extra day through booking.com but missed getting the last room by a few minutes and the hotel was completely full. For various reasons I wanted to stay at here intead of another hotel so I spoke to Rodrigo and he not only found me a room but gave me a large executive suite for the same rate as a regular room! The wifi is exceptionally good a fast, reaching not only the rooms but the restaurant downstairs so you can work while eating breakfast. There's even a self-service laundromat in the hotel so you can wash your own clothes cheap.

Excelente atencion pero le falta preparación al personal de recepcion para orientar en cuanto a la ciudad por ejemplo ubicación de pubs ,lugares de shows folklóricos etc, tampoco hay folletos como opción para informarse
