Centrally located Hotel is falling apart at the seams. Lots of peeling paint and water damage. The room we stayed in didn't look at all like the photo on this website. Wifi was very weak if not non-existent. Breakfast was below average. Potosi on the whole is over priced.

The only negative that I can say is that the hotel reported me as a No Show with booking.com. Has not been resolved yet, so their ethics seem in question.

The location to the main plaza was good. The heat and hot water was available on demand. Breakfast was decent, and there was eggs too. There are not too many good options in Potosi so maybe this hotel is better than average. Staff didn´t speak any english and were generally not helpful or hospitable, but this is par for the course on my travels in Bolivia. There was running water in the back that I heard from evening to early morning... Very strange.

La ubicación cercana a la plaza principal y la casa de la moneda. Las instalaciones, internet gratuito en el lobby, la habitación con calefacción y agua caliente. La atención del personal del restaurante es un poco descuidada; pedí personalmente un poco de agua caliente para tomar un remedio y nunca me la trajeron más allá que me habían dicho de mala gana que en 10 min iban y que luego volví a ver a este individuo en el pasillo para recordarselo.

Tiene muy buena ubicación, a dos cuadras de la plaza principal, centro histórico; nos pareció muy caro para lo que ofrece.

Le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner Le prix (très cher) par rapport aux prestation. La chambre est petite, le drap du dessous pas assez grand pas . Il y avait une fontaine au dernier étage qui fait beaucoup de bruit. Elle a été arrêté le 1er soir à notre deamnde mais le lendemain le problème était revenu. La salle a manger est trop sombre On aurait voulu annuler la 2ème nuit mais c'téait trop tard

Hôtel très bien placé, beau bâtiment ancien. Douche très chaude toute la journée, petit chauffage au gaz dans la chambre. Malgré l’altitude, nous n’avons jamais eu froid. Petit déjeuner buffet très complet et copieux. Personnel agréable. Le seul point négatif est la taille du drap supérieur et des couvertures, beaucoup trop petits pour un lit matrimonial. Impossible de les border et le tout glisse de chaque côté, ce qui fait qu’il est impossible d’être tous les deux bien couvert. C’était très gênant.

I was given a very lage room with balcony although I had only booked and paid for a single. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Clean linen everyday and a good hot shower (unusual in Bolivia).
