Quality and great location

A modern spacious hotel which was centrally located next to the cathederal, main square and a few resturants. The king bed was extremely comfy and the flat screen tv was sufficiently large. Breakfast was the best we have had travelling the last 2 month with a huge variety of items including bacon, sausages, omlettes, pastries, yoghurts and fruits. Wifi worked very well throughout the whole hotel.

We had some minor problems with our aircon although that was fixed the next day. Also we were in an adjoining room and could here everything from the room next door. The neighbors were very loud in the early hours of the morning which was disruptive. Most of the staff only speak Spanish although there were a select few who spoke English and were attentive to our needs.

Fantastic location, right on the main square. Room spacious, bright and absolutely clean, with a huge and confortable bed. Break fast tasty and of great quality, even if they should maybe increase the amount of food displayed for a larger choice.

Nothing to complain about

Design hotel, modern furniture, perfect location to visit the city centre and to do business or shopping. Staff young, kind and professional. The restaurant on the top floor terrace is one one the most beatiful of the city for its view on the principal plaza (24 de Septiembre) I don't know if it is the most expensive, I'm sure it is at the moment the best one in the city center.

Some rooms face to an internal small patios, watching each other and the corridor and reducing the privacy and the luminosity of those rooms. Rooms are not enough soundproofed.

La Pazcana was always known as a friendly gathering and reference point in Santa Cruz. It's simply appropriate then, that this superb Hotel would follow that tradition. It's a relatively new built hotel in the heart of Santa Cruz, right across the Cathedral in the Plaza de Armas, offering the great comfort of a 4 star Hotel at a great price. Friendly and helpful staff, with many attractions and Restaurants around.

Don't be discouraged by the dim lighted lobby, which can look a little bit dark in the afternoon or the evening, but once you are in your room you will be glad you chose this place.

Comfortable, clean, well presented hotel. Set in an ideal location right next to the main Plaza. Friendly staff who were all very helpful. An impressive buffet breakfast. Loved the rooftop swimming pool!

It's location.

There are a couple of points: - they tried to make me pay more for the reservation than what was confirmed with you - when taking a bath, the light kept turning off because the sensor was not well calibrated - when I unplugged my computer, the whole system came from the wall A 5-star hotel should know better.

Downtown location. Modern design. Good breakfast included. Very helpful staff.

Free Breakfast. Great selection of food (fruit, omelettes made fresh, yogurt, etc.). Location was the best in Santa Cruz. Right beside the main plaza. Close to everything.

The staff weren't overly helpful, although they did try most of the time.

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels mit dem Pool und einem Restaurant auf dem Dach, von dem man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Plaza mit der Kathedrale hat, ist sensationell. Die Zimmer sind sauber und klimatisiert. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist üppig und sehr lecker.

Unser Zimmer war ziemlich klein; eine Abholung vom Flughafen wurde nicht organisiert.

La ubicación del hotel y los servicios de éste son de primer nivel, muy recomendable.

Deberian indicar claramente que el impuesto no estaba incluido en la compra.

Supersauber, tolle Zimmer, funktionierende Dusche , toller Dachpool und eine superzentrale Lage neben der Kirche.

Frühstück war ok, aber nicht super, wie der Rest des Hotels.

O hotel é muito confortavel, bem localizado, ao lado da Praça 24 de Setembro, e os funcionários são bastante prestativos. Bom custo beneficio.

O cafe da manha nao corresponde ao porte do hotel.

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer könnte besser sein. Die drei Restaurants im Haus sind eher mittelmäßig
