Score from 109 reviews Good
- very good breakfast - comfortable bed - free fruit and tea - free pickup from bus station (we did not specified when we will arrive)
- cold room (common in this area) - bathroom can be better and water hotter
It's a nice and comfortable place to stay with a nice view of the lake, especially during the sunset, very close to the main touristic road, but the city is small so I guess any road will be small. The rooms even have the heating, which you can turn on if you are cold, but it was very warm inside and we didn't need it.
The wifi works only till 10pm, but even at 9 it was impossible to browse anything, I could't even open Google.
Awesome breakfast. Big room. Great views of lake
Uphill walk to hotel but wasn't too bad and not far from centre of town
Spacious rooms, decor and facilities. Very good management team , all very helpful with info and bookings. Only a 3 block walk to the market and Cathedral.
Room is nice, shower quite hot, breakfast is EXCEPTIONAL for the region.
Poor wifi signal that only works between certain hours
Everything was perfect, just the wi-fi was a bit slow
Nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast! A few blocks from the main street, which means it's easy to get a good night´s sleep.
The wifi was a little patchy, but I think this is probably the case for everywhere in town.
Very clean, awesome breakfast, free fruit tea and water all day, stored our luggage for 3 days while we were away. Lovely stuff
The shower was too hot or too cold, up the hill from everything.
Very nice staff Lounge with free coca tea Laundry Service
Location was central yet quiet on hill away from center of town. Breakfast was generous and staff were polite and friendly.
Toilets were unsanitary and stunk. Showers were ridiculous with only one tap for both hot and cold. Not enough hot water for a decent shower. Rooms were heated for only a few hours and not all night. Neighbors were allowed to drink and party loudly and then woke us up at 3 a.m. with loud conversation.
Nice big room. Clean, warm with helpful staff.
Good value for money. It was clean and near the towncenter. Breakfast was good. Free bananas!
It can get really cold. Room has a dodgy gas heater wich only can operated by the staf. Wifi not reliable but thats the case in whole South-America. Shower not warm
A very very nice breakfast. Comfortable room and facilities. Offers free snacks to the guests.
Closes doors after 11pm. I went out with my girlfriend to find some food and the manager told me that if I arrived after this time most likely I would have problems to get back in.
The staff was excelente. We arrived late one day because of road blocks and even so they managed to charge only one night. Everybody was very friendly. The breakfast is very good. Nice view of the lake
A nice place to stay in Copacabana. A litle bit on the hill, but in Copa everything is near so it's not a problem. Lake views are great. The breakfast was REALLY huge, with lots of everything.
Nice clean rooms with semi lake view and homey feel. Good value for money A little climb up hill but no biggie
The wifi doesn't transmit any data 7-9pm and other busy hours, but apparently that's just the way wifi is split up in rural bolivia when more than 4 ppl connect. No biggie.
Good price, free tea, some snacks. Nice breakfast. Hot water.
Location a little bit of the main street, but only 5 min walk. Wifi was poor in the room on top floor, also if the common area is noisy, it is noisy in the room as well. Unfortunately no english is spoken here.
the staff were really friendly and nice, the room was clean, good location. there were some issues but the staff tried to help me with what I needed.
the wifi and heater were turned off at 10pm. The hot water was off in the morning since there was no electricity. The TV is tiny and cable reception is not very good
Nice decor Free breakfast, coca tea, bananas Heaters available until 10pm Location
Wifi was extremely slow, almost unusable, and stops at 10pm
Kind staff, silent place, well located and excellent breakfast.
Comfortable bed, good breakfast & good view. Staff were generally quite helpful
Heating only allowed for a maximum of 4 hours per day (6-10pm only) and the location of the hotel on the hill is COLD! The 'hot' shower is only warm and as mentioned this makes for some pretty cold moments when you get out to no heating. Wifi was horrendously slow
Breakfast very good, room very conform, view to the Lake, excelent and price very fair. Staff very profesionals.
No signs to locations, to far for main stret , you have to walk a very long stairs to get to the hotel and a 4,700 mts altitud is very hard. Advice costumers to bring heavy jackets, is to cool and weather in internet said 27 is very wong
Besides from the friendly staff and the nice breakfast an average hostel.
We would not go there again: it gets very cold at night and the heating works only between 6pm and 10pm. The bathroom was moldy and the hostel has a run-down appearance. Overall over-priced for what is offered, especially in comparison to other Bolivian hostels!
