Location, interior design, staff
Slightly pricey for Bolivia but that's a small issue as this was a cut above
Rooms are spacious and clean Friendly staff
Breakfast was OK but not exciting
Amazing building and good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast selection. Very nice roof terrace with great views but shabby and broken deck furniture.
Rooms and bathrooms a bit ordinary (not as cool as the photos make them look), the apartment is not well equipped so is not value for money.
Good shower, clean, great location, comfortable beds.
internet in the room is poor breakfast could be richer in variety
Best stay in all of Bolivia.
Great location near the city center. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Good breakfast
The location, the terrace on the roof, the staff very helpful, good breakfast, nice and big room, peaceful.
The lights in the rooms could be better as well as the isolation. Must be very cold in winter. The internet could be stronger.....Do not take a room under the breakfastroom in the first floor!
Huge room, very tasteful colonial design and decor, comfortable big bed. Lots of warm water in the shower which is not very common in Bolivian hotels. Loved the cortyard with flowers and fountain. Great view from the rooftop terrace. Excellent location near the city centre. Excellent value for money !!
Good location. Clean hotel. Clean room and bathroom. Recently refurbished. Nice staff.
Drains in our bathroom smelt terrible but that may have been as a reult of being on the ground floor. The taxi that reception booked for us to take us to the airport was unofficial and charged us more than the agreed amount.
This place was amazing after spending a month in the jungle! Staff were willing to help with any problems. Breakfast was good compared to other places in bolivia; same with the wifi!
i really liked the style of the rooms, service was good, facilities great (including steam room) Overall very comfy and would stay again.
only one minor thing - would be nice to have a kettle in the room and teabags/mates etc. Its a small cost and would be a nice touch.
Great big rooms, beautiful house, lovely rooftop area, good breakfast, good location near centre
Reception was extremely helpful. Breakfast was adequate but disinterested staff. Room comfortable nice little terrace. Great views from terraces
Very little food put out for breakfast! Areas of hotel cordoned closed which gives a sad feeling. Maintenance needs to be kept up to date.
The hotel was close to the plaza and sites and had a great view of the surrounding areas. The breakfast options were varied and tasty. The staff were helpful.
Fabulous place -- highly recommended. Beautiful spacious rooms with big tiled bathrooms, good breakfast, and most importantly very helpful staff...there was a general strike with road blockages while we were in Sucre and they supported our extra time in the room and found locals who were able to get us to bus station through the blockade.
The hotel was really clean and the reception staff were lovely and helpful.
The hotel advertised a restaurnt, bar, hot tub, sauna and gym and none of these were available. I think this was due to renovations but when we asked about it, the staff completely denied that they had ever advertised them! If we had known this we would have chosen a different hotel where we could sit in the afternoon and have a coffee or glass of wine. The owner then rang to say that they were offering menus from restaurants (takeaway pizza etc) instead but they charge 30% on the prices to get it to the hotel and the food is not good.
