Located on the western Caribbean shore, this Bonaire oceanfront property features shops and exhibitions specializing in diving and underwater photography. Wi-Fi is available in every room. Den Laman Condominiums offers spacious, contemporary apartments with a private balcony. Each contains a flat-screen TV, DVD player and dining area. The waterfront Sunset Bar & Grill serves fish, meat and local dishes for lunch and dinner. A barbeque is held each Friday and a professional underwater photographer hosts a presentation each Tuesday. Guests of Den Laman can sign up for snorkeling trips, kayaking and other adventures. The front desk staff can happily recommend additional locations and shops to visit. The lady at the office was really nice. The food was average. The red haired lady that owns the dive operation was helpful & friendly. Our condo was clean & maintained well. This property is a good place to call home, But I'd plan on diving, dining/drinking elsewhere. We spent most days at Soda Bon Beach... Loved it!! The older lady that worked at the on-property dive store had a bed attitude towards customers. We were double charge for a $60 set of mask & snorkel. The dive operation was overpriced. We were actually charged for a shore dive, in which we merely went alone. The dive was mediocre. There are no TV's in the bedrooms & the living room TV was very small. The resteraunt's bar was not well stocked & closed early. Be aware of hidden charges that add up. Especially at the dive center.

Das DLC liegt ruhig am Stadtrand von Kralendijk. Alle Divesites sind gut mit Pick-Up zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe. Studio reicht für zwei Personen gut aus Kücheneinrichtung hat alles was man braucht. Tauchschule/Shop BDA direkt vor der Tür. Freundliches Personal. Die Aircondition ist zu laut (aber leider nachts notwendig).

Alles. Bij aankomst bleek de airco kapot, de kamer 33graden en stonk deze muf. De receptie was (15,.00 uur) onbemand. Na een aantal uren zeuren is er een nieuwe unit op het dak gezet en heeft de airco die nacht gewerkt. Men beloofde de airco de volgende dag nog te controleren. Een andere studio zat er niet in; men zat vol, terwijl op Booking.com voor dezelfde periode zowel een studio als een 1 slaapkamer appartement te boeken was. De receptie hiermee geconfronteerd. Kwam door een late boeking waar Booking.com niet van wist. Volgende dag bij thuis komst wederom geen airco. Receptie al dicht, maar je kan bellen. Dat hebben we dus een keer of 4 gedaan. Wederom was op die dag bij Booking nog te huren. Volgens de dame aan de telefoon klopte dit niet. Na drie uur regelmatig bellen kwam de techneut, die aangaf dat er in de gang een nieuwe airco unit stond, maar dat ie het ging oplossen. Hij gaf ons zijn masterkey en een ander appartement. Het bleek er dus toch te zijn, alleen na twee dagen leugens is je verblijf aardig verziekt. Niet doen dus deze vergane glorie. Het restaurant eronder is inmiddels ook dicht en heeft geen koffie. De studio's hebben geen zeezicht. Kortom waardeloos

Nice place to stay, right on the water. Staff could not of been more helpful, especially Sylvia. If you like to snorkel or scuba dive, this is a great spot. Nice reef right in front of the property!

Feundliche Unterkunft, wo man sich noch persönich um die Gäste kümmert. Ist nichts für Strand-Urlauber, wie alles auf Bonaire auf Taucher eingestellt.

Ottima posizione vista mare, e facilità nel raggiungere il centro città ( circa 15 minuti a piedi). Consiglio Cmq l'affitto di macchina! le camere meglio con zanzariere!

rustige ligging op ca 30 minuten lopen vanaf het centrum Kralendijk. Alles is schoon. in 7 dagen 2x nieuwe handdoeken + 1x nieuwe lakens

die rezeptionsangestellte war sehr freundlich und hat sich außerordentlich bemüht. das appartement war eigentlich sehr sauber, jedoch waren die matratzen und auflagen im bett sehr schmutzig. nach meiner reklamation konnte ich mir von den anderen zimmer/appartements eine andere matratze aussuchen. diese waren alle nicht besser und müssten dringend erneuert werden. sie wurden nie gesäubert, obwohl die angestellte es natürlich behauptete. der staubsauger hatte seine besten seiten schon erlebt und funktionierte kaum um die matratzen abzusaugen. habe ich selbst gemacht, da die angestellte das nicht kannte. unter dem hotel ist ein taucherladen und den ganzen vormittag werden meist die sauerstoffflaschen gefüllt, was extrem laut ist durch den laufenden kompressor. man kann den balkon nicht nutzen in dieser zeit und es st nervig. es ist auch kein stück strand, noch nicht einmal ein liegestuhl vorhanden.

Prima gelegen net buiten centrum. Veilig. Gratis parkeren. Goed bed. Kluisje op de kamer. Ruime koelkast, kpl. Keuken. Toegang met pasje. Goede ontvangst bij receptie. Bank en stoelen zaten slecht. Stoelen op balkon waren in slechte staat. Kleine tv met matige ontvangst. Airco maakt wat herrie.
