The location is an easy stroll into town. Kitchen is modern-looking. The cleaner is very nice and does a good job. I was charged a credit card fee which was not disclosed on my reservation and I had to demand a refund. Bedroom is small and spartan. Our reservation stated, "Has balcony or patio with ocean views" but only a sliver of ocean was viewable. Washer & dryer are usd 7 each! We had to request a toaster (and were first told it wasn't included) even though their own website states toasters are included.

Schoon en ruim appartement. Op de begane grond is de beloofde ´ocean view´ ver te zoeken. Een tuinmuur en huizen blokkeren het zicht volledig.

Mooie ruime nieuwe appartmenten met een luxe uitstraling. Ligging net buiten maar op loopafstand van het centrum van Kralendijk. Goede ingerichte keuken met alle noodzakelijke apparatuur Water druk viel soms compleet weg dat kan soms even lastig zijn. Eigen WIfi in het appartement (Suite 5) maar met hele lage bandbreedte.

Wij zijn enkele dagen op Bonaire geweest om E.E.A. zakelijk te regelen. Kwamen laat aan op Bonaire en alles was perfect geregeld. We kregen een mailtje met een nummer om sleutel kluisje te openen, en daar lag een briefje met ons kamernummer en de sleutelkaart, perfect geregeld. Alles was nieuw en zag er keurig uit, ook de achter uitgang, te openen met deze sleutelkaart, was perfect we stonden direct aan de zee. De auto kun je voor de deur parkeren. Als ik later met mijn gezin terug kom op dit eiland ga ik zeker gebruik maken van dit appartementen complex.

Door een upgrade zaten we in een prachtige villa direct aan de kust. De villa was prachtig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad stelt niet veel voor en is zeker niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen, maar omdat de zee zo dicht bij was, was dit voor ons geen probleem.

De eigenaresse heeft ons zonder probleem naar een villa verhuisd, aangezien de airco in ons appartement kapot was. De villa was prachtig. De airco was kapot. Bloedheet in het appartement. Tevens een stop doorgeslagen waardoor de fan en de televisie ook niet werkte. Uitzicht op zee werd geblokkeerd door andere gebouwen. Zwembad erg klein. Tweede, mooiere zwembad was bij ander gebouw en kon je niet komen, staat wel op de foto's. Bubbelbad en privestrand niet gevonden. Laatste dag was de stroom uitgevallen door blikseminslag ergens. Geen airco, koelkast uit en we konden geen koffie zetten en broodjes bakken. Gedwongen buiten de deur ontbeten. Handdoeken lagen op stoelen op onze patio en die zijn gestolen. Gevallen voor foto's bij het appartement met twee slaapkamers. Bleken foto's te zijn van de villa. Jammer.
