The Sorobon Beach Resort, located on the south end of the island of Bonaire, has a private beach on a shallow bay that is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and windsurfing. The cabins at Sorobon Resort offer views of the island’s natural beauty. They include kitchens with a fridge, microwave, and kitchenware as well as a dining and seating area. All cabins have free Wi-Fi. Sorobon’s private beach has shaded cabanas and lounge chairs, and water sport equipment is available for rent. Sorobon Resort has hiking trails and an international book exchange. A bar, spa, and small souvenir shop are also located within the resort. Kralendijk, the capital of Bonaire, has ample restaurants and shops and is 8 kilometers from Sorobon Beach Resort. Jibe City Windsurfing, minutes away, offers windsurfing lessons in Lac Bay. this is a hotel very suitable for windsurfers, but too expensive very isolated, you need a car to go to Kralendijk, where are the restaurants are located. Price/quality ratio is not correct - this hotel is too expensive - maximum rate should be USD 125.00, not more - it feels like staying in a campervan. The hotel is not maintained at all, it is old and very dirty. this is applicable for the garden as the rooms itselves. we complained about this and they didn't do anything about it. the staff is not friendly and very uncommercial. We asked if we could cancel our stay, but the manager didn't want to discuss a commercial agreement. We would never go there again or recommend it to anyone. We paid USD 250.00 per night, nothing incuded. for that much money you can find a much better hotel or apartment on the Island.

It's a wonderful location for those who want to windsurf or enjoy the beach with little children. But you will certainly need to rent a car to go to the town for anything else. There was no tv in the room nor in the whole hotel and although there was an air conditioner in the bed room, there was not even a fan at the leaving room.

De locatie is uitstekend voor strandgasten en voor surfliefhebbers. Ook het eten 's avonds was prima, complimenten voor de kok. Geen tegenvallers, één tip : informeer gasten vooraf dat op zondag de kamers niet worden schoongemaakt en er géén handdoeken worden vervangen !

Een goddelijk verblijf. Gezellig, rustig en ongedwongen. Prettige mensen. Mooie ligging van het huisje, tien stappen van het witte poederzand en de azuurblauwe zee. Prachtig weer. De huisjes worden wat minder, W.C. deur sloot niet, contactdoos met plakband, hor stuk achter bed en gordijnen niet goed sluitbaar. Vroeger wat beter, denk ik, met Ikea interieur.

De rust De veiligheid. Er is geen bewaking gedurende de avond en nacht en de mededeling in geval van kalamiteiten 911 te bellen is niet geruststellend.

Gostei do fato de serem casas a beira mar e não parece que você esta em um hotel. Tem um ambiente bem agradável e a praia é ótima para as crianças. O Café d amanhã achei muito caro para o que oferece. Percebi que todos no hotel tomavam café em seus quartos. O Ar condicionado do meu quarto era muito velho, mas o da minha mãe era mais novo. O estado de conservação era bom, mas poderia estar melhor.
