We had the house for ourselves. Then its great and spacious. Good kitchen and a real holiday home. If there are other guests it feels uncomfortable.

As a hotel it was poor. Room was not cleaned every day. We did most ourselves. Towels appear old and with the green colour not very attractive. They were clean.

Privacy and opportunity to meet other interesting guests there at the same time. Having such convenient access to the pool was especially good for me, an avid swimmer.

Neighboring barking dogs and an early cock crowing.

We were promptly picked up upon arrival at the airport. This is a bedroom in a luxurious ocean front house. It was quiet and peaceful. I felt like a guest at someone's house, not just a guest at a "hotel." The onsite dock and huge patio were really nice. The ocean there is mostly sandy, but we snorkeled and saw lots of fish among the rocks close to shore.

the low level of lighting. One lamp didn't even have a lightbulb. It was hard to read at night. The light switch for the bathroom is several feet away from the bath; it also controls the light in the closet area (which could disturb someone trying to sleep in the bed.) We left a few minutes late for our airport transfer the next morning (at 5:30 a.m.), but that was OK. The van smelled like cigarette smoke. Yuck. The property is in more of a residential area, so nothing is within walking distance. A taxi ride to town would have cost $15 each way.

I liked the pool. Good kitchen, with all you need. Cold water with icecubes from the fridge. Quiet. Short way to the penthouse at the sea. Very friendly staff.

clean, AC worked well, big swimming pool, good bed.

The description of the facilities does not match reality. It is not an apartment but a room in a house with shared kitchen and living area among occupants. We were lucky to be the only occupants in the house, so it was ok, but in case all rooms are rented, it can be crowded and people would not have too much privacy. There is no private terrace either. No facilities for diving gear storage and rinse. No hairdryer (despite the fact it was mentioned in the description). The room was quite small. There is no TV in the room, only a small cathodic TV in the shared area. The cookery items (especially pans) were in poor condition.

I loved Villa Eco Hotels - the staff here was so friendly and helpful - they are some truly amazing people - they helped make what turned into a bad situation into a positive one - hotel itself is beautiful

Far from everything - need car to get around

Very friendly welcome and hospitality during stay. Nice room and surroundings. Nice sunset view from terrace.

Lack of facilities on site. Breakfast only on request and very expensive. Not possible to make coffee or tee in room or om shared facilities. No security box and in general poor handling of security issues.

It was in a quiet area and the owners were nice.

Owners should have been more knowledgeable about Bonaire. No phone was available to make local calls.

The location was convenient situated close by Flamingo airport and Kralendijk. Although there is no public transport so a scooter or car is a must. The guesthouse was very comfortable and the owners were kind and friendly, ready to help with guests requests at all times. Overall I had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this location as perfect for those looking for total relaxation!

The mosquitoes in Bonaire appear in the evening and can give nasty bites. Not all rooms in the guesthouse had mosquito nets, although they did provide one for me when I asked. There was also no fridge in the room, although again when I asked a fridge was placed in the main bar area which I had access to. In such a hot climate it would be nice if fridges were available in each room for convenience of the guests. There were no tea/coffee facilities or access to a kettle. It would be nice to have a kettle available in the main bar area for guests to make hot drinks when they want to and not purely rely on the staff when they are not at the guesthouse.
