Gorgeous property and grounds.

Stayed there twice. Second time my shower was more of a fast dribble than a shower.

Location in the middle of Olinda. Beautiful garden and restaurant area.

Toilet seat made of painted wood and was totally worn out. That was the only negative in the room. Except for breakfast, we only had a snack for lunch at the restaurant. Not very good. Also the scrambled eggs for breakfast was too greasy. Not good. As there are a lot of fruit trees, they should offer to put some covering for the windshield of your car, as it's common the fruit falls down.

Wonderful setting in lush, tropical gardens. Pool warm as a bath. Sheltered tables for drinks. All day kitchens, quite good food and very good breakfast. Garden designed around animal sculptures and impressively lit at night. Room was good; a/c worked. Would return tomorrow! Excellent bar staff.

Staff, who had been so helpful by email, behaved as if they'd never heard of me nor had they made the taxi booking that was the subject of the correspondence. Nevertheless, they were pleasant.

Some of the staff seemed not to care as much as others, and a lack of English spoken. Slow service. Dirty pool water first few days. Wifi only works in reception area, not in rooms. Was undergoing some renovation during our stay. Lack of continental or American style breakfast. Not great value for money.

Staff were friendly and the grounds were beautiful!

For a visitor from outside of brazil who doesn't speak the local language, it was difficult to communicate with the staff. No one on staff could speak English.

Hotel is in a really lovely setting in a wonderful landscaped tropical garden in Olinda, with a beautiful pool-area. It is really something special, and a very peaceful and relaxing place. Much of the hotel is in semi-open areas, with the bedrooms a little distance away. Breakfast is in such an area, with little birds and small monkeys visible around you. It's very easy to walk to the centre of Olinda and all its attractions, and there are good restaurants and cafes not far way. We appreciated the Brazilian LGBT welcome sign in the reception area.

Hotel could have a little more tourist information on view, and the staff, though friendly and helpful, could offer a little more information. The little birds at breakfast were nice but maybe they shouldn't be allowed to peck at the cakes!

The location, the garden, the swimming pool, the suite room.

La chambre que nous avons reçue en premier, était vraiment surpayée : petite, dans un coin ou il y avait beaucoup de passage et des bruits dus à des travaux dans l'hôtel. Le soir nous avons mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel. Mon fils a pris des pâtes et est tombé malade. Il a été malade toute le nuit et le jour d'après. Nous avons demandé d'être relogés comme dédommagement, ce qui a été immédiatement accepté par le patron de l'hôtel. La nouvelle chambre correspondait au prix demandé, une belle chambre. Mais globalement l'atmosphère de l'hôtel ne nous a pas convenue : il y avait une certaine "suffisance" et on ressentait des sentiments très ambivalents face au client, surtout à la réception. Nous ne nous sommes pas senti bien accueillis. Nous avons fait de meilleures expériences dans les "Pousadas" : on se sent plus "à la maison", le contact est en général meilleur. L'hôtel en soi est beau, mais il laisse beaucoup à désirer en ce qui concerne le contact et l'amabilité du staff avec le client.

The rooms were cleaned very well by the cleaning staff. The staff were very friendly, although their lack of English and our lack of Portuguese was challenging. The hotel is set in a tranquil plant rich environment so lying by the pool was very relaxing. The shower in our room was excellent.

We were woken up every morning at about 8am by cleaning staff shouting to each other along the corridors. There was also noisy building work going on -- so constant hammering at early hours. The restaurant was closed on Sunday at 21:30 and on Monday there were no drinks available apart from wine & beer as the bar-man had gone home.

Very clean room. Welcoming and friendly service. Conveniently located for sight seeing or working in the north zone of Recife.

The location - more specifically the fact that the hotel is set in beautiful grounds and still very accessible to Olinda itself.

The staff. To be fair it was not all of them but two who happened to be on reception were very poor. It was a real shame because reception is the first and last place one generally comes into contact with so it has such a big impact on ones stay. We've been travelling for 3 weeks around Brazil and 7 Colinas unfortunately is the only place so far where we've experienced genuinely poor service. On a separate note, the rooms in could definitely do with an upgrade in so far as the hotel wishes to maintain the rates it's requesting - the quality of the grounds whilst special, do not make up for the shortcomings of the accomodation.

La ubicación del Hotel es ideal, además los espacios comunes y exteriores son increibles. Desayuno en un ambiente inmejorable.Las habitaciones estan siendo reformadas con un aspecto moderno y agradable.

El gimnasio está completamente desfasado. No permiten el uso de las instalaciones a otros visitantes que nos estén hospedados.

Piscina bacana, equipe simpática, os Jardins são maravilhosos, sem dúvida esse é o ponto alto do hotel. Em Recife/Olinda não há igual. Os quartos em que ficamos, suite luxo, são ótimos, cama boa, chuveiro bom, varanda com rede, reservados, ótimo para casal.

Não espere um hotel novinho ou super conservado, é um hotel com tempo de uso, e sua história está lá; no periodo em que ficamos estavam fazendo renovações em um bloco (não nos incomodou pois era distante de nosso quarto). Uma questão que incomodou um pouco foi o som alto de algum bar/boate que chegava até o quarto (baixo mas presente). Achamos um pouco caro o valor cobrado, mas vimos que todos os hotéis melhores em Recife ou Olinda cobram o mesmo, mas este compensou pelos jardins e piscina!

Bastante arborizado, piscina muito limpa, decoração antiga, silêncio total, muitos pássaros nativos, estar localizado no centro histórico de Olinda.

1)Serviço de internet do hotel, embora grátis, praticamente inexiste. Péssima cobertura do sinal wifi! 2)Restaurante do hotel mui fraco (carece de um chef de renome e dedicado). 3) Cadeirantes não têm acesso a todo o hotel bem como centro histórico de Olinda não tem a menor acessibilidade a cadeirantes/deficientes motores.

Instalações confortáveis,projeto do hotel muito bonito e de bom gosto, lindos jardins e piscina!

Gostei de tudo, mas ficaria como sugestão caprichar mais no restaurante

El wi fi era pesimo. El hotel no tenia television de cable sino apenas 4 canales nacionales. Las habitaciones son de categoria 2 o menos. Pequenas y con muebles de baja calidad. Si dejabas un plato en la piscina podias verlo dos dias despues

Os funcionários são bastante atenciosos, prestativos e educados; as instalações são bem confortáveis.

A realização de festa no espaço da pousada.

O atendimento de quarto deixa um pouco a desejar, principalmente ao fornecimento de toalhas quando requisitadas.

Serviço lento, desatento e pouco prestativo. Conexão à internet muito lenta, só funcionando em algumas áreas di hotel. Habitação muito sim
