The breakfast was incredible. Great variety, well presented and friendly kichen staff. The hotel including rooms was very comfortable and furnished with quality furnishings, fabrics..... The internet speed was incredibly slow. Told by computer technican the hotel wouldn´t pay more for higher speed. Not good! |

overall the hotel is very well presented and the room was clean and stylish The area and distance to attractions makes this a hotel we would not recommend. The shuttle service to the Pelo was not explained to us, so we had to make our own way back in the rain at our own costs. The staff emphasised that this was not a safe area. |

The Staff were very friendly, the room was lovely and the breakfast was excellent. Overall we had a fantastic stay. The only thing we didn`t like was the fact that we couldn`t walk to the historic town... But the hotel knows this and they offer you a free cab ride there and back so it was easy to get around this one small problem. |

La atención, la cercanía con el centro histórico de la ciudad, el hotel paga todos los viajes en taxi hasta el centro histórico ida y vuelta, y el decorado que está puesto con muy buen gusto. Muchos dicen que la zona en que está no es de lo mejor, pero como el hotel pone a disposición del cliente gratuitamente la movilidad, eso no lo desmerece en lo más mínimo. |

L'hôtel a gardé tout le charme d'une pousada, sa situation est bien centrale dans le quartietr historique., Je pense qu'il est en cours de réaménagement, ce qui le rendra encore mieux, quelques petites imperfections à revoir. La Salle de restaurant est un peu froide. , manque un peu de chaleur. Il faut dire que nous étions en basse saison |

perfekt personeel, de ligging is niet zo gunstig, maar je mag op kosten van het hotel taxies nemen naar de Pelourinho en terug. dat is wel een noodzakelijkheid. heel smaakvol hotel. |

Además de las instalaciones de un nivel muy alto en relación calidad precio, destacaría la atención y simpatía de Eulalia y del personal de camareras y servicio de habitaciones. Iba un poco mosqueado con los comentarios de otros clientes sobre la inseguridad de la zona donde está ubicado. La verdad es que la zona es un poco deprimida, edificaciones bellas pero muy deterioradas, aunque ni el más mínimo problema; mucha pobreza, pobres desesperados fumando crack, pero mucha amabilidad y simpatía de los habitantes del barrio. |

J`ai bien aime la gentillesse du personnel et le cadre, la decoration est tres jolie dans un style anglais colonial avec beaucoup de soin pour le detail. Le proprietaire doit etre un vrai passione du lieu, car les employes ont ete vraiment formes sur la transmission de cette passion, pourtant il n`est pas extrement bien place avec des rues peu frequentables tout pres de l`hotel. Comme cite dessus, le quartier est situe dans un quartier pas tres sur, on n`a pas le sentiment de pouvoir se balader autour de l`hotel en securite. |

Gostei especialmente do conforto e da decoração. Os funcionários foram também muito atenciosos. Melhorar o café da manhã e limpar melhor os dormitótios (tirar a pó do interior dos armários e poltronas). Lavar o box do banheiro, para tirar as manchas pretas das juntas dos azulejos. |

Hyvä asiakaspalvelu, loistava aamiainen ja kodikkaan oloinen hotelli. Hotelli on hyvin keskeisellä paikalla. Lähimmät kadut/ korttelit kuitenkin epäsiistejä ja vähän turvattoman oloisia länsimaalaiselle turistille. |

Elegantissimo, ben tenuto, pulito, personale eccezionalmente accogliente, colazione ottima, rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionalmente buono. La collocazione, pur in una delle più belle piazze di Salvador, é in una zona che richiede il trasporto da e per l'Hotel in taxi. L'hotel provvede comunque gratuitamente a questo servizio 24 ore su 24. Quando l'intera zona sarà recuperata, l'Hotel sarà collocato in una delle zone più belle della città. |

O charme de um casarão antigo e o excelente atendimento. Infelizmente o local onde o hotel esta situado não passa uma sensação de segurança à noite. Mas isto não depende do hotel, claro. |
